My 93 year old Mom had waterproof vinyl flooring installed in April of 2022. But the tile started to separate in the middle causing a couple of tiles to crack. So I went to Carpet Tile Mart mid August to ask for service to repair and replace two tiles. I showed them pictures and they scheduled a contractor to come out a few weeks later, on September 12th. A contractor did come out and he looked at it and told my Mom he would be back the following week to fix it. He never came back. So I went back to Carpet Tile Mart in October to complain and the manager there, Mark, claimed this contractor was "very busy", but he assured me that the contractor Bill would be in contact. Still no response. So I went back in November to complain again and Mark said he just texted Bill and that he would be in contact with us. Thanksgiving went by, still not repaired. So my sister contacted Carpet Tile and finally in December, she got a response that Bill would be coming out to fix the floor on Monday, Dec 18th. We waited all day and no one showed, or contacted us to say they couldn't make it. Finally after Christmas, my sister contacted the manager of Carpet Tile and he basically said "sorry, it is out of my hands". That the contractor was an outside contractor for Carpet Tile. Then on December 22nd, Bill left a message saying he would send someone out on Wednesday, December 26th. My sister actually talked to him and he assured her his assistant would call 30 minutes before arrival because he lives very close to my mother's house. This was on December 26th. This was a full 4 months after I initially went to Carpet Tile to request service for my mother. The guy never showed up. If I could give them minus zero stars I would but because I can't, they get one star for the most terrible service after installation. I think it is so disrespectful of a company to wash their hands of an issue instead of trying to resolve it. They just lost a very loyal customer. We have been using Carpet Tile Mart for over 40 years. Very sad. I'm writing this as a business owner and I would never run my company like that and leave the customer hanging for over four months. read more

We've looked at all the other local flooring places and always come back here to purchase. They have extremely knowledgeable sales people and always willing to help answer questions. We've done lots of work in our house and they've done excellent work where we needed them. read more

I went in with measurements to carpet my stairs. I told the manager the exact measurements. He told me it would take a while for the cuts to be made, so I returned just before closing and picked up two rolls of carpet. Several days later I went to use the carpeting. One roll was several inches too narrow and the other looked like it had been cut with a chain saw. The edges were terrible. I spoke to the manager and was told that I told him the wrong measurements and am stuck with the carpeting. I am a meticulous person. I wrote down exact measurements. I just didn't dream he didn't have the mental facilities to write it down correctly. RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! read more

After making making a few trips to this location, I stood at the front desk with a lady behind the desk didn't acknowledge me for a good five minutes while her and other co worker gossiped an complained about a customer on the phone. Finally after a few moments she said "you,re here for your carpet" and I said "yes" didn't ask for my name, figuring she recognized me from coming in earlier in the day She wouldn't get off her butt for anything. As she still sat on her chair she started yelling for a fellow up stairs for a fellow worker. He comes down and hands me a small roll bundle of excess carpet and said here you go.... I was confuse because I didn't order that .. the lady was still sitting on her but as I said I order 4 rems and some padding. The co worker kind of got upset with the lady and she kind of laughed about it and she said oops wrong customer. She finally waddled over to check invoices. Things got worked out. But the lady sitting down that didn't have the best impression on me, gave me a poor customer experience. My point is that if your not going to treat customers with a pleasant experience, don't work in retail. I spent 1500 on various product, it's not a huge sale but don't treat me like a no body. I'm sure the owner Micheal Longwell would appreciate his employees acting like this. On the plus side the product look great, and the on binder guy got the binding done quickly. We were told it would be done Friday, and we get there on Friday and they weren't done. He apologized and said he would get the done by the end of the day. They were don't by 6:30 that Friday evening. read more

We decided to get laminate upstairs. Well, they kept saying the flooring manufacturer was sending the wrong material for stairs. Finally I asked if they could just do the rest of the house and finish stairs later. Installers come and say they do have the right material for stairs. They proceed to install. I cannot describe the mess to do it justice but I'll try: razor blades, nails, staples, carpet debris, dirt and dust left behind EVERYWHERE. I had my grandbabies there and asked numerous times to make sure all was cleaned up. There was a language barrier, but I thought they understood, and even spoke to their boss who assured me all was installed perfect and house will be clean. None of that was correct. The planks were haphazardly arranged. Doesn't look good. They also damaged my walls with the big boxes they carried upstairs and installed the wrong steps. They are a fall hazard. We complained and they sent a different installer with a new tread, different brand. It doesn't match at all, but it was the closest they could get. It looks awful, but at least we won't fall. No follow up from carpet mart. So disappointed. That's a lot of money we spent to be unhappy. Will be taking our future business elsewhere. read more

Very disappointed. I was excited to go check out the new location and get in on the Labor Day sale. We were looking around for several minutes and even stood in front of the main desk for several minutes and we were never acknowledged. Even a "we will be with you as soon as we can" would have been nice, but nothing. We walked out. read more

I had new flooring put in my rec room that is half underground and half above ground cost me $3,000 I told him exactly where it would be going that it is damper down there but not wet and it's concrete and that I had dogs and it had to be durable flooring because I worked on different machines and they suggest flooring that had wood products in it I told him before about water spills and things like that it had to be waterproof after about 8 months the edges of the tile flooring started crumbling up from absorbing moisture in numerous areas where there wasn't any water leaks where there wasn't anything spilled from the dampness that was in the rec room I went in and talked to the manager he said he'd be out to look at it he came out to look at it and get back to me n never did i had life going on and things to do and forgot about it for a little bit remembered it about 6 months later went back in they sent out an installer who came out and looked at it along with door spacers to connect the different flooring that were deteriorating in color and look like they were chopped up or something and had him look at the floor in the rec room again and he said again he would get back to me never did I followed up three days later said he hadn't talked to the supervisor yet at the corporate office so again got busy forgot about it finally remembered it during some construction at the house and went back in again and now it's another manager I've been through three of them and he tells me after talking to his supervisor I guess at corporate tells me they're willing to give me a discount on new flooring if I want to buy other flooring that I was looking for in my other rooms so they save me $300 when I spent close to $3,000 on downstairs and I had spent $2,800 on the upstairs and $300 is all they could spare 20% discount on the new flooring that I was getting and still have yet to get the floor for the bathroom that was told to be here a week ago don't deal with this place because of the managers can't make a decision to give people replacement he said it was too long that I waited and I told him straight up that I had two other people out here from this company and they never got back to me and my life goes on you leave a message or you talk to someone you expect them to call you back because life is too busy to keep following up on people that should be doing their job so I got nothing but 20% off of new flooring that I had to spend so they still made out on me and I got nothing really it's a joke and now my floor is peeling up where the seams are in the rec room and somebody should have said that was not the right product to put down there and even the manager agreed it shouldn't have been put down there but they didn't want to back it up by replacing it I was even willing to go half and half but that still wasn't good enough the prices might be good but beware of what you're getting and what their knowledge is and stuff because they don't back anything up If they wouldn't have so many manager trunover they could keep up with the customers needs which was under warranty. read more

If I could leave less of a rating I would. Carpet Mart gave us a 12-2 window to receive our carpet installation. 2 o'clock rolls around and still no word from the store or the contractor. Called to inquire about the status and they simply said "they are running behind." Contractor showed up at 3:30 (hour and a half outside the initial window) and told me he finished the first job at 12:30 and essentially didn't know he was supposed to do another install. ‍ Took them 4 hours to do 3 small rooms and a stairwell. Once they were finally finished cleaning up they left the house at 745-8 PM. The quality of the install was good, but the lack of customer contact and service was extremely disappointing. I contacted the manager to complain about the delay and the fact that my kids couldn't even get in their rooms for bed at a normal time (not to mention the 5 hours of work I missed waiting in their "estimated window.") and he offered to bind me a couple of area rugs with the waste (carpet I already paid for). I value customer servie above all else and this store has absolutely none. Not only did I miss work (time/money) to wait 3.5 hours for them to show up but they couldn't even be bothered to let me know they were running behind. I haven't received this bad of service since I had Xfinity. Would never recomment using Carpet Mart for anything...unless you want bound floor mats, I hear they are great at that. read more

don't waste your time....all you will get is a run around...made several trips into the store while they tried to get things figured out on there end. keep in mind my father at this point had already paid his bill in full! went in the last time and let's just say that was it for us! dawn the sales lady asked if she would like them to show us the other ideas they had came up with and i said actually we would like to start the process of getting our money back...her exact words were "fabulous"! wow talk about horrible customer service!! your loss of a big sale...our gain of better quality carpet..great customer service from a competitor...and less out of pocket expense...will definitely continue business else where! read more

I have had carpet installed 2 times by the company, first time I was not informed that I was to pay an additional fee to the installer, but installation went well and carpet was nice. Second time was in a rental property. Installer did not tack down the side of the stairs or the landing. I was told this was normal. But as soon as you ran a vacuum over it up it came. The carpet at my home was not installed this way and never had an issue. Installer came out and addressed but if that is normal practice for installing I will not be using them on future jobs. Crappy place. . Had a price to do carpet in my whole house all paperwork done and paid for. The day of install an hour and a half before they were supposed to be there we got a call stating they forgot to charge for padding. They offered no apologies for screwing up or nothing off because of their screw up . Bad way to do business and lost almost a 2000 dollar sale. They won't get any business from me or anyone I know. From the start the manager seemed to only care about getting the sale done and offered very poor customer service. We even tried to use a much nicer sales lady but couldn't since he started the paperwork. read more
