Hong does his job with respect for the customer with money important but not a priority. Very fair in pricing. He and Partner Tre take pride in the quality of cleaning the best they can. They use high quality chemicals and deodorizers, not an over the counter product that does average work. His Truck-Mount Van heats the water to perfect temperature and the suction power is beyond words. It's all about water removal and breaking down dirt with temperature. He's got it. I am more than impressed with the results - not only by the excellent work that was done, but the standard of professionalism I haven't seen in years! I am absolutely shocked at the level of professionalism, reliability, and quality I received today! My carpet is cleaner than I've ever seen. I stuck around to watch and was disgusted at what came from my carpet. The machine he used heated the water to over 300* and pulled every speck of dirt, dust, and germ that was hiding. Another amazing thing, since the water is so hot, no chemicals were used whatsoever! I didn't have to air out the house or not allow my baby on the floor.l afterward. He did an awesome job! As where I'm sure no one or carpet cleaning company will turn down to clean my whole house. He made my carpet alive again and his quote was low. The results are awesome and he really worked hard to prove my family and myself that the carpet will look the same way as I moved in 5 years ago. He did 4 rooms, stairs, hallway, and living room. I was ready to rip out my carpet and replace it for laminate or carpet, but told me that the carpet is good for another 2-3 years. I will definitely give anyone his business card. I actually booked Carpet Care HP through Amazon and I have not had any previous contact with them either directly or indirectly. Hong showed up on time, and he is an owner operator who took the time to do the job right. We have used many good carpet cleaners in the past but Hong spent more time and effort than any other cleaner we have ever used, charged us less, and did a better job. They showed up not only on time but early! Helped move all furniture out of the way and got right to work. My slate floors are extremely hard to clean and polish. They cleaned Those and all other tile in my home and sealed it. They did such and amazing job I cannot wait to have them back next year to do the slate and my living room carpet! Hong Tang cleaned our carpets this past Sunday and did an amazing job! We have been in our house for 12 years (so the light colored carpets are at least that old!) and they looked brand new after he was done cleaning them.
