I needed a microfiber sofa and an area rug cleaned and after reading other reviews and receiving a great price quote by phone, I made an appointment. Even though the morning of the appointment it was raining causing traffic and them to be 40 minutes late, they still finished the job within the original time frame I was told. And this is with me adding on a second area rug. They did a great job. The couch looks like new and the rugs look great. They did a great job cleaning my carpet that (confession) had not been cleaned in 10+ years. And when I complimented them on the work and said it was perfect, they pointed to a small microspot and apologized for not being able to clean it entirely. This is the last and only carpet cleaning company you will ever need to use. They are fantastic! I don't ever post reviews, so although this has take me awhile to post (10/17) I had to do it because this company is so good. They have cleaned my two bedrooms, couch, chairs, lounger, and area rug. Everything looks great. The area rug was a challenge I have an older dog that is forgetting her training so there were alot of stains. I knew it would not come back 100% clean but even 50% would have made me happy. The CCG team exceeded all my expectations! Dave and Andrey were friendly, professional and on time. I had an outstanding experience with this company. First, the pre-visit customer service was excellent. The rep promptly, patiently and clearly answered every question and concern that I had and I had many! I must have sent 10 emails! The price beat all other quotes that I received from other companies. On the service date, the two technicians arrived within the time window given and couldn't have been more professional and great at their job. They warned me before starting that a couple of old soils might not be totally removable but they're almost gone - much better than I expected. Overall, all rooms, stairs, sectional sofa and 9 chairs look awesome! The price quoted was exactly what the technicians requested with no hidden costs. And before they left, the two guys gave me detailed info & suggestions on everything from how to safely get around the house while the carpet was drying to maintenance. Fantastic job. I had hired someone else to clean my carpet and learned that, apparently, steam cleaning is not the only professional way to clean a carpet. I was very unsatisfied with the results, so my expectations were very high. CCG met my expectations and then some. For $50 less than the other guy (entirely my own fault) I got my carpets AND my tilework cleaned, and got it done RIGHT! The carpet has never looked better and the two person team of cleaners showed up on time, estimated it would take an hour and a half, and left exactly 91 minutes later. I almost wish I had more to clean! (Note that this is 5 Stars for the actual cleaning done - unfortunately there was a bit of a hangup to pay via credit card, and a little scheduling issue, but I'll probably be glowing about the cleaners for a few days to anyone who'll listen. This is my new favorite carpet cleaning company.Easy peasy to make an appointment. Took a few photos and sent them. Wanted it done in two days at a certain time. They gave me a price. I accepted. Then then called me and told me it would be a two hour window, between 1 and 3 p.m. They also said I'd get a call 1/2 hour prior to arrival. This is what happened. They called at 12:20 p.m. and arrived at 1:00 p.m. We went over the job, discussed special areas and concerns. They reminded us the door needed to be open and to secure out little dog. Chachkey, (the dog) appreciated the concern. It took roughly two plus hours to do 3 rooms and a hallway. Plus 3 rugs and a couch. They took great care in moving furniture and tables. They put plastic under everything they moved. Everything was dry by the time they said it would be. No soapy after smell. It came out beautiful. They did not damage my stairs or my walls, which were recently painted. We are already telling our friends about this service. One just called for their number a little while ago. I found Carpet Cleaning Group via Yelp and I am not disappointed. Our light colored wool rug was in pretty bad shape after our puppy had a few accidents on it and kids walking with shoes on it. After the cleaning, the rug looks like we just bought it. The only concern is that there is a fold still visible in the middle I guess left from hang drying, but it should go away with time. Nikko and Zach were very friendly, polite, and meticulous. Loved that they put on plastic booties to keep my floor clean. I am happy with the service they provided.
