From the start, Debbie in showroom was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She really helped guide me through selecting both the carpet and the LVP, making what could have been an overwhelming process much easier. Rich, the owner, came out personally to do the measurements and took the time to answer all of our questions. When it came to installation, Dylan and Louis were fantastic. They were professional, polite, and respectful of our home. They worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and made sure to answer any additional questions I had along the way. They went above and beyond. The final result looks amazing. We are so pleased, and the entire process--from start to finish--was smooth and stress-free. I have added before and after photos We will absolutely be using Your Floor Store again for future home projects and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality flooring and excellent service.

We were n the market for new flooring. Starting with replacing our living room carpet…read more We shopped around to a few local flooring stores but weren't pleased with the selections, prices and most important, the sales people. When we walked into this store we met Joe who was very accommodating. He showed us some options but we noticed a remnant that was large enough to fit our living room. My wife fell in love with it and the deal was done. Mark came to measure and set the installation. Next we asked about hardwood flooring for upstairs. Time for a complete redo of the house. Mark took measurements and we began searching for more flooring. Again they were very easy to work with. No pressure at all, and several options to lower the cost. Well this morning was the install for the carpet. Two very nice and respectful young men show up and worked like a well oiled machine. Two hours later the furniture was moved, old carpet was out, and the new carpet was installed, and they replaced all the furniture. Next the looked at the pending job of the upstairs flooring. Again some good suggestions and what we thought would be a nightmare of a job, they assured us it would be another smooth install. I highly suggest this flooring store, and I'm sure when the new floors upstairs are in I'll be writing a second excellent review. Thanks Mark, Joe, and their professional installation crew.

He showed me some options while another gentleman gave me a book to take home and told me to go online and try the flooring in my room online. I called on a Friday to inform them I would be off the following Saturday I was told to call Saturday morning and Bob would be able to help me. I called & Bob came over and took the measurements with no pre-appointment I was able to go back to the store and get some large sample boards and take them home and see how they looked in the lighting in my house awesome customer service by all the staff. Starting in August 24, 2023 Mike called me back with a price for the work I needed done. Him & his staff Sabrina & Bob were absolutely awesome. Fortunately & unfortunately for me when Sabrina & crew came by to lay the floor down my subflooring was rotted & when I asked about the kitchen I was told my dishwasher was placed under the subfloor & if the floor was put in & the dishwasher failed or needed to be replaced (which I was planning on) the floor, countertops & cabinets would have to be ripped out. Wait! What?! Dayum! Wasn't expecting that. Because of their honesty & integrity I later found out that The back room was improperly installed on a wooden deck that is rotting and sinking into the ground so now my back room has to be demolished and rebuilt! UGHH!! And to think all because I wanted a new floor. Soooooo! Now all these months later I'm still figuring out what needs to be remodeled & what actually can be remodeled. Not having fun yet. But I'm grateful for A-1 Carpets help with giving me a contractor's number & working with my crazy work schedule. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. 3-27-2022

Went to pick up the floor a day later and while I was waiting I found 10-20 other floors that were in my price range. I felt obligated to take what I had ordered and paid for. Not only was the salesman lazy, the place stunk of cigar smoke. Made me sick. I also bought a single floor reducer. 72" molding like item. Went back yesterday to pick up another one and was told the price was $40. I was shocked. Basically a flimsy strip of molding. Told him I was shocked and he said, that's the price. Check HD/LOWES and they sell the same item for 22 which I still find to be absurd. And after all that, I had the floor installed and it looks and feels like crap.

They have a large selection of high quality carpet and flooring. Jim measured and a week later, the carpets were installed by Jimmy and Diego. they were extremely professional and neat. They did phenomenal work laying the padding and stretching the carpet to absolute perfection. I asked Jimmy if he could put padding in the closets. Yeah, it's an odd request but he did it which we appreciate. We got the denser 8 lb padding (Spillguard Carpet Cushion by Carpenter) because - from the website: "the 7/16" thick, 8 lb density pads offer a great balance of comfort, carpet longevity, and spill protection." Feels like walking on comfy plushness. Got the color "Chill In The Air". It's a cool combination of tones, like a greige or grey beige. It kind of looks like sand. For reference- the paint color on the wall is Sherwin Williams Embellished Blue which is more of a cool minty green blue tone. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. We highly recommend Pat's Carpet- they always do great work whether it's carpeting or flooring. They have a great selection and everyone is professional and awesome to work with.

Was too careless to cut the backsplash to the windowsill . The cutouts for the outlets were gouged and jagged, not finished. And the worst part: Even though he and I had agreed he would tell me when to visit his store to decide which parts of the slab should go where, he went ahead without notifying me and cut it. He then had his men surprise deliver it to me ( he said they were going to do something different, not delivering). When I wanted to send it back, so that we can look at the entire slab, to see whether I like how he cut it, he became extremely vindictive and told me he would tell his men to " leave the stone on my front step" and " not return." This meant he would keep my money and the other half of the slab. And quit and leave me stuck. He also never comes to your house to supervise or contribute to the work, he leaves everything to the workmen. He also doesn't communicate, not when the slab arrives at his store, so you are deprived from your preferences on which parts you like best. He also fails to tell you when there are long travel delays. There is no way around this incompetence and callous disrespect..
