Before the referral with HVR, I had called a highly popular company; they inspected, charged their fee and provided a copy of their findings and the estimate for the work. It was a bit pricey. I was not impressed with how the inspection was conducted nor with the inspector, so I called HVR and they came out the same day - took pictures and used technology to measure the moisture level without an inspection fee. They answered any and all questions I had. I had the report of the findings, scope of work, and estimate the next day. I was so impressed with HVR that I emailed them that I accepted their quote. They accepted my start date and it was on from there. It's the little things for me. Both moving in and moving out went sideways due to factors out of my control and not caused by Archive. Instead of just going with the flow or telling me to let them know when I had it straightened out, they stepped up to help me get it back on track. Who does that? These folks. It's rare for someone to go outside of their assigned role and really step up, but they did, twice. I've been trying to explain to others how unique Archive's services are. White gloves is under selling them. It's so tough to have to move out of your home, not knowing what's next, feeling alone, dealing with insurance companies that add to your trouble, but it felt almost like having parents (younger than me parents) opening an umbrella and holding it over my head to keep me dry during the storm. I hardly blinked my eyes and I was moved into my temporary home. Then I blinked again, and I was moved back in. My example I use to explain to others is that I had this bottom drawer with six basket of items all organized prior to move out. In my head, as I moved back in, I was ready to unpack and reorganize that drawer. Nope.. I opened that drawer and the items were EXACTLY where they had been when I moved out. Wow. I had a wall hung tv that I hung alone but it was tough to do. I expected them to either tell me to deal with it, or to have to help them. Again, they had it up and connected before I noticed they were working on it. I had to fight them to let me help at all. I was constantly told they would take care of it all. It's hard to trust in situations like this, especially if you are expected just a normal moving company. But sure enough, they had it handled and with such attention to detail I don't have the words for. Justin was so easy to communicate with and showed real care for my concerns and needs. He is truly one of a kind. I don't know what Archive pays him, but they should raise it. I made a mistake with the insurance company and he tried to take the fall, even though it was all on me. I understand why I made those mistakes, in a time of chaos and anxiety, but it was no one's fault but mine, if fault has to be assigned. But with nothing but class and professionalism, he tried to take on some of the blame. That's impressive! I will sing their praises to anyone that will listen. You're going to be dealing with contractors and the difficulty there. You will be dealing with insurance companies and their games. You will be uprooting your life, your family, your pets. But with Archive, you will have a team completely on your side, helping you navigate the lava to reach the other side safely and comfortably. Five stars isn't enough. He told me the project would take a little over a week after the mold treatment, but the team finished everything in just four days. The workers were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. They also gave me style options for how the room would be put back together. Best of all, the total price ARG charged to tear out the affected areas, treat the mold, and fully restore my bedroom was the same amount another company quoted me just for mold treatment. I was extremely satisfied with their work and would definitely use ARG Restoration again.

The first initial call was great and fast. As the work began, delays started coming up in almost every single process. Before the work began, I mentioned there was a small section of pipe that needed to be redone, and he agreed to do it. As the repair progressed, he didn't address the pipe, and kept telling me someone would be back to do it later on. Work began January 2026, and it is now almost May. Rafael has become super unresponsive, kept scheduling with no shows, and pushing back the repair. Then he just stopped responding altogether. Up to this point the repair still has not been done. ARG Service with Rafael was with an insurance claim. It seems to me like they just don't reply after getting paid. Very unprofessional and irresponsible.
