Hired LA Basics 360 for cleanup and pressure wash garage. Asked them to use a spray to sanitize the garage. They go a step above. They racked loose leaves under patio and then used the water hose to remove all dirt from cement slab. They also spayed off the garage door inside and out. They did a great job. Ugh. Everyone gave this place five stars and I thought it was a scam but it isn't. First of all the team is very prompt, professional, and scheduling/ payment are seamless. You receive your bill electronically and an invoice. I had a deep cleaning (69 per hour and it took 3 hours, pricing was for the first time for a 550sqft apartment) the place was spotless! I hadn't cleaned for months, there was dust everywhere,I just had poor health at the time. The team had care, thoroughly cleaned my kitchen, my plant pots. In fact things were so much cleaner the days after my plants grew a lot more! Finally they reorganized some of my place, organizing my shoes, hanging my medals from a few half marathons, frankly I cried when I saw my place. I'm not even that kind of chick!
