Randall Stanfield is the BEST! I have purchased products from Carpet Exchange in Parker for years. Whereas I have found all the sales people here are very attentive, my sales person has always been, Randall Stanfield. I have found Randall to be one of the kindest and most knowledgeable sales people I have ever met. Recently, my husband and I wanted to replace some old ratty carpet in our mud room with something a little more user friendly. Randall spent almost an hour showing us various options. Because our mud room is a high traffic area, he ultimately recommended Gortek and showed us dozens and dozens of samples. We took several home with us and ended up deciding on the beetle kill color (beautiful by the way and highly recommended). We returned to the store to finalize the sale and once again, Randall was extremely attentive. We provided Randall the dimensions of the room, he showed us the ease of installation (we decided to self install due to the size of the mud room), provided all the documents we needed in order to care for our floor, showed us different transition strips, finalized all the costs and indicated only a small down payment was needed in order to get the product we needed ordered. A week later we received a call from Randall advising our Gortek was in the store and he would have it delivered if needed. We decided to go to the store and pick it up and Randall assisted us in loading the Gortek in our truck when we arrived. We installed our flooring a week later and it is ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!!! We cannot thank Randall enough for all the assistance he has given us over the years and for recommending this product to us. I will always to go to the Parker Carpet Exchange for any flooring need I have and use Randall as our sales person. He does not just sell you flooring products to sell you flooring products. He actually CARES about you and wants to make sure that whatever flooring product you THINK you want will actually work with your specific needs. I walked into the Parker location to compare hardwood choices after getting a $13K quote from Lumber Liquidators. While browsing, Jimmy Dadiotis introduced himself and asked if we needed any help. He was friendly, approachable and knowledgeable about the products. Sounds par for the course for any business but Jimmy was able to explain, in detail, the specifics of each hardwood, the install process and pricing. He was not intimidating like some other shops and he even talked me out of a more expensive wood--and explained why. Jimmy said he would be able to give me a quote the next day. Jimmy came over to the house and took measurements and explained the installation process for my home. He quoted us $6k less (for material AND install) than Lumber Liquidators--for a better wood. I was sold. The install process went well by two experienced professionals. Jimmy was great about following up and made sure everything was up to our expectations. I had a great experience with the staff at Carpet Exchange in Parker. After several unfruitful visits to Lowe's and Home Depot a friend referred me to work with Kelly on some tile for my bathrooms and I'm so glad I listened. I had the mistaken impression that Carpet Exchange would be more expensive but they ended up having a better price and were able to install my tile right away. Kelly was very knowledgeable and patient about all of my questions and she was also really great with helping on color and design. She was responsive and got back with me very quickly every time I left her a message. When I went into the store on Kelly's day off there were two gray haired gentlemen and a lady (I think she was the store manager) and they were all very friendly and one of the men helped me on Kelly's behalf. I had an absolutely great experience! Tony was really fantastic, lead us in the right direction and made sure we were taken care of from purchase through install, even called us during his days off when install was happening to check on it. The carpet we put in is gorgeous and the install was the best I have ever seen. I have done the Carpet Direct thing, looked at HD and Lowe's and all the while thinking Carpet Exchange would be too much for my budget only to find a great deal and service and a product that I felt was superior. I just purchased a new house in Parker Co. Carpet exchange was one of the fist stop that I made. They have a ton of tile and hardwood. I had no idea how many options that they had. I was redoing two bathrooms and new Coretec on my whole main leave. Actually I came in to buy a engendered hardwood. After a lost of education by Mesharia my sales person. I decided to go with the the waterproof flooring. I had it install in the main floor bathrooms and the laundry room too. I love the look the the High Definition flooring in the large area it make a big difference in the house. We have been living in the floor for two weeks and love it. The tile that we picked for my bathrooms was assume too. Both sets of installer were courteous and very professional. I will be back to work with Mesharia for area rugs next. read more

Great experience. Worked with Tony for carpet, very knowledgeable and patient. Explained everything to us and took his time. No high pressure to go with a certain type or style. Worked within our budget to get the most for our money. The installers were amazing. They were there on time, even a little early. They worked hard and fast but not too fast to have problems. No damage to the walls, furniture, or anything else. They cleaned up after themselves perfectly and walked us through the entire house after they were done making sure we were happy. We are building a new home and weren't really impressed with the flooring options at the design center. Figured it would be a good idea to just check the prices at carpet exchange to see if we could get something we actually like. The idea of tearing out flooring in a new house makes me cringe. Steve Reinhart was a great salesperson, who was very flexible when we had to change our installation date at the last minute due to ceiling painting issues. Went to several other stores to get shaw flooring and no luck. Came to Carpet Exchange and Daisy my sales person was super knowledgable and so helpful. After my floors got installed I went back and got a rug from her and she always has a smile and was easy to work with. She is such a wonderful and pleasant person to work with.
