I have no complaint with the technician who worked hard and was pleasant and very accommodating. (5 stars for Grover). However, whomever did the original quote either misquoted or was deceptive and misleading. I used Carpetking for my living room wool rug and off white boucle sofa. Grover, the owner of the company, did the job himself. Both items came out great. The sofa had a small stain on it from spilled red wine. I had tried to get the stain out previously, using conventional cleaning products, but it never looked completely gone.
