Grover is an extremely diligent worker. He had a lot of carpets and furniture to clean and my 2 dogs were running around. He was a pleasure to work with. He cleaned non-stop for at least 4 hours. He prepped the areas nicely and left everything clean. My white chairs have never looked so great! The carpets were a mess from the puppy and kids. It's a real sigh of relief now. I have no complaint with the technician who worked hard and was pleasant and very accommodating. (5 stars for Grover). However, whomever did the original quote either misquoted or was deceptive and misleading. I did add an extra bedroom and expected to pay more but, even with that, the charge was about $100 more than quoted. read more

I used Carpetking for my living room wool rug and off white boucle sofa. Grover, the owner of the company, did the job himself. Both items came out great. The sofa had a small stain on it from spilled red wine. I had tried to get the stain out previously, using conventional cleaning products, but it never looked completely gone.
