He provided a very competitive estimate and explained all the charges. He asked detailed questions to ensure we would get what we want. I got my carpet cleaned on Friday. It was in pretty bad shape. (The last time I had it cleaned was about 18 months ago and I used Coit.) Greg and Ivan showed up on time, were very professional and very personable. The last time Coit cleaned my carpet, it looked good while it was still wet, but when it dried, I could still see the spots. THIS TIME, when the carpet was dry it looks BRAND NEW. I'm not kidding. It seriously looks as good as it did when it was installed. Also, the carpet cleaner they use smells very nice. Simply the best carpet cleaning service I have ever had. PERIOD I have always despised looking for carpet cleaning services, usually finding them through mailers. Like shopping for these guys as much as I like root canals. Nothing good ever happens in those mailers...trust me. Bunch of knuckleheads from pool builders, construction outfits, window guys and carpet cleaners. Iv'e tried them all and never had any luck matching up with any of them in all segments. That had precluded me even wanting to get the carpets cleaned. After almost a year of construction it was probably 3 years overdue and honestly a fire hose would have been just fine. The carpets were putrid, thanks to our dear friend Snickers the 6 pound dog that s***'* & p***es like a pit bull. Yeah we clean each time with a mini Bissel but at 15 years old, it's quite a situation. LOL. The dining room was literally an indoor p-pond. Had we know that this dog would come to live with us, we never would have purchased "white" carpet! 13 years ago. So, before we convert the carpet to wood floors, we have to wait for Snickers the dog to go to doggy heaven as she is the project manager on site. Let's forget for a moment that the results were astounding, even if the some of "horrible" stains come back, which they always will do, IMHO This is a local company and the kind of business you want to be around tomorrow. As an Environmental Consultant, I can say that the chemicals that were used were not at all inconvenient during any period of the process and the carpet dried very quickly and were non-toxic, which is nice. They called to confirm the appointment and showed up on time and worked hard to move what needed to be moved and finish. They use a digital measuring device that I hadn't seen before and I felt comfortable that everything was measured properly. In short. This is a smoking HOT business in Porter Ranch and the words "you get what you pay for" in the back of my mind never felt so good. How was they pricing? Don't know, don't care. If you want quality service from a quality business with quality equipment and most importantly quality people, this you your company. I know I will have them out here every year going forward. I rented a steam cleaner that was hard on the back and a hassle with constantly having to refill. I thought i would try a carpet cleaning service one time even though my expectations weren't high. I found Greg on Yelp. He was on time, professional, courteous and very informative regarding the process that his service provides. I love that his machine heats up to over 200 degrees and that the carpet was about 75% dry by the time he had left. The carpet looks like it is new again. I am quite frankly surprised it could look this good again. He measured the living room and provided me with a quote that was less than originally quoted. His prices are very reasonable.
