Choosing new flooring can be quite the challenge! We purchased a fixer-upper and wanted all new flooring before we moved in. Carpet Liquidators was one of the flooring places we went to and Nia was amazing. His knowledge, advice and can-do attitude made this the wise choice. He understood what we were trying to do! On moving day, Frank and his team came to our house in Kent at 7:30am and got the keys to the new house in Olympia. His team was to do the demo of the old carpeting to ready us for move-in as soon as possible. Our movers were going to put all our items into the 2-car garage until the flooring was installed and then come back in two days to move our items into the house! I arrived at the house first about 3:30pm and when I walked in, I was AMAZED!! All the carpeting had been already installed along with most of the flooring!! We were able to set up our bedrooms and all the major pieces of furniture were placed in the appropriate rooms! They came back within a day to finish the flooring in the kitchen, 1 bathroom and entry way. Anastasio came back to finish up those areas within a day or so and worked tirelessly. We worked specifically with Jeff at Carpet Liquidators in Tacoma. Awesome, pleasant and happy to help is the best way to describe Jeff. He offered lots of options and suggestions based on what we wanted. We also worked with a couple other associates over the course of our remodel and they were awesome as well. We were going through a minor remodel in our house, had to change things on them a few times. They researched and gladly ordered carpet from another store. They came out additional times to measure the areas that we changed. They continually worked with us, reminding me this is our remodel and they can accommodate whatever we need. The installation was awesome, we had to have them come out separate times to do our carpets and vinyl in different sections at different times. After shopping at all the other places ( Abbey, Home Depot, Lowes , Meyers, Great Floors ) they were all over priced or unreliable (abbey). We were at our last straw when we walked into CL, The sales guy Mike helped us out.He showed us what were were looking for with a no BS approach. The prices were very easy to understand when comparing one place to another. I measured my house at 1450 SF , using that as my SF price. When CL came out to measure they came in at 1500 SF. I was thrilled that they were not over measuring. Abbey measured in at 1600+ SF and took 9 days to get me the results, and she forgot a floor of my house . very incompetent. as for Home Depot, they plugged my numbers in their computer and came up with over 1700 SQ... As for they CL contracted installers, they showed up as arranged and cleaned/vacuumed the whole carpet before they left. They did a great Job... Save time and go Carpet Liquidators first. read more

I just recently bought linoleum and laminate flooring from Jason. What a great experience. What I liked about Jason was that he treated me like a valued customer before I had even purchased anything. I also appreciated his insights about the products given that the flooring was for our rental. I left knowing I was getting two great products for my money. And even when I had to reschedule the install 3 times due to delays on my side, he didn't make me feel bad. He kept saying "no worries". His positive, upbeat attitude is a definite plus! I will start by saying I never write reviews. With that said I am completely satisfied with my salesman who happened to be the store manager. He was extremely knowledgeable about the products and awesome at putting my rooms together. Which was not an easy task! I am hard to please and harder to deal with. I have had bad experiences in the past and that is with me when I deal with contractors and sales people. Great pricing for great flooring and installation! Jeff was amazing his ideas on Vinyl Laminate Flooring choices. He chose the perfect color for my home. The installation by Vlad and his team was impeccable! In and out in 2 days. The lines were perfect. We asked for a flush fit next to our existing wood floor, which made it a little more tedious, but they delivered, and it looks fantastic! You can tell that Vlad takes pride in his work.
