He and his crew of two (one of whom is his son), did a great job. I particularly appreciate that John isn't just a sales person. He was on site, working with his crew, every day. He uses equipment that keeps dust to a minimum, and he uses low/no VOC materials so we didn't have to vacate our house to get this done. We had a hard time deciding whether to install pre-finished wood flooring or have them finished on site. We finally decided to have them finished on site in order to get the smooth finish we wanted (as opposed to the dirt-collecting grooves that form from the beveled edges that most pre-finished materials have). We are thrilled with our new floors. We've got more flooring to do and can't wait to have him back.

The designer we worked with was knowledgeable and friendly, however, we received a bathroom cabinet…read morethat was poorly constructed and all the drawers faces and rails were out of alignment. When I called the office, they said it was poor installation by my contractor. I paid $7000 for particle board cabinets, which made realigning the drawers very difficult. The only solution that was offered by Belmont was to pull the cabinet out and wait for a replacement (6 weeks delay). No one from All Floors and More or Belmont, was willing to assist us by coming to see the cabinet, make the necessary repairs, or stand by us, their customer. They assumed the customer was wrong. Next, it took 5 months for the hardware to arrive, which was way too late. When I was notified it had finally arrived, I asked to return it, and they told me I had to return hardware with 60 days of the order ( which was 3 months before the hardware arrived). These people just want your money and do not stand behind their products if there is a problem.

We kept calling Dania and their own couch repair guy just somehow never contacted me for a follow up. After 4 weeks and 8 phone calls, the manager felt so bad and he said hey let me get our other partner European leather to come out and do the repair for you. I said sure and wow, European leather office Barbara reached out to me the very next day and set up date and time immediately for Marc to come do the repair. Repair was just done this morning and the couch is looking brand new again. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to my friends and family. I don't know about their pricing though since Dania is gonna pay them on this one.
