Matt came out to my house last week to clean my hardwood, granite and marble flooring. I was not sure what to expect. I have just found the most amazing carpet cleaner and believe me when I tell you I have tried many. Carpet Medic made the carpets in a house I am staging look amazing. From filthy dirty to looking brand new, Matt did a thorough job throughout the house. I was shocked at the price because I expected it to be much higher, but he told me he kept his prices fair so people could afford to clean the carpets at least twice a year. The customer service you get is typically heads above the rest. I got a phone call with a heads up that he was running late, then when he arrived, I got a second sincere apology & then he gave me a discount off my total for being late. So incredibly nice to have someone value my time like that. It can be rare to find people/companies that value their word and when things are out of their control they take responsibility and handle it. I left while he was cleaning the carpets, came back and was BLOWN AWAY by how good the carpets look. I would swear while I was gone he didn't clean them, he installed brand-new carpet!!! I can't get over how clean they look.... And I have white carpet that doesn't hide anything. The carpet looks like new and they were incredibly stained from my pets.
