After connecting with Simply Floors early 2026 because of the shredding carpet and after a couple of inspections and coordination with the manufacturer of the carpet, I now have the replacement installed (June 1, 2026). The installation was a good process this time and the carpet will most likely hold up very well. Good installation, done within a reasonable time frame and confirmation of details beforehand was achieved. Would have given 5 stars if this was how it went in the beginning. Although I wouldn't recommend one company over another, I would recommend solid communication with all involved, especially with the install crew and company together so everyone is on the same page from the beginning and not just futile lip service. Follow-up inquiries are also important. Would I work with this company again---probably, since they came through with corrections.

Whether it's due to poor installation, poor-quality materials, or both, the flooring has not held up as it should for such a significant investment. Given the amount the previous owners paid, this level of durability is extremely disappointing. We now have to replace the floors much sooner than anyone should reasonably expect. We will be using a company that stands behind its workmanship and products with a warranty and quality that extends well beyond five years. Based on the condition of these floors after only five years, I would not recommend Simply Floors. A few photos below but it's all over the main floor you can tell they were not installed properly as they are all popping up. And yes I know the warranty was not transferable I just wanted to post so others know the quality to expect before making such a large investment!

One important differentiation is that their samples are ~8 ft long as opposed to the small ones you see in most showrooms. Which means you truly don't know what you are getting until you open the box. The staff was incredibly helpful. They jumped on our requests and did their best to " bird dog" the solution. About a year ago we hired Floors Free to take out carpet and put in hardwood floors in two rooms to match existing hardwood in our kitchen. Bryan and team also refinished the existing kitchen hardwood and stained all three rooms to match. The process was unbelievably smooth and the quote was extremely reasonable. Communication was easy and the project was done in no time, before we even moved in. The floors are beautiful and we remark all the time how they totally transformed our house. Bryan's team matched the existing hardwood perfectly - we actually can't remember where it started and stopped. The work is just fantastic and we plan to call Bryan again when we re-do some other flooring throughout the house. Then most recently, Bryan and his team put in our kitchen backsplash (previously we had an adhesive "tile" until we were ready for real tile). After initially starting work with another more expensive company that we fired (dodged a bullet!), we remembered that Bryan's company did tiling. We were so happy we contacted him and wished we had sooner - quote came back next day and we were able to get work scheduled within two weeks! Bryan told us his tile pro was an artist and he truly was. The work was clean and took much less than two days. Bryan worked with the tile we had previously purchased, and we supplied tile adhesive and the grout - we loved that we bought them ourselves and were not up-charged for supplies. Thomas the tile pro was in and out - he was so friendly and obviously proud of his work. We wouldn't hesitate to contact Bryan again for more work. Reasonable prices, easy to get ahold, completely flexible - great all around. Floors Free has taken our house from bland to beautiful!

For more than a year, we've wanted to replace the flooring on our first floor. We had dark hardwood…read morefloors and then carpet in the the living room area (that was destroyed by a foster puppy). Our vision was for a more open feel with consistent flooring throughout the entire floor (and lighter colored floors). Floors by Tomorrow to the rescue!! Initially, I used Yelp to start a new project, which is a great feature because you can just write up your project once and then send it to multiple contractors/businesses to get quotes. Of course in this case, they still need to come measure the space before they can provide a quote, but it's a convenient way to get things going! This whole process took half a year though... because, life. But we got a quote from one contractor via Yelp and then one through Lowe's. There were pros and cons to both (cost, amount of time/days it would take to finish, who would pick up the materials, etc.). I thought to revisit the Yelp contractors and reached back out to Floors by Tomorrow to get a quote. Right away, Dan got in touch with me and scheduled the initial consult to provide a quote. When he came, he was willing to work with our budget (and the two other quotes we had received). But what made him the best was that he literally scheduled for the project to complete the next day -- "Floors by Tomorrow" is right! We actually needed to schedule two days out because we needed a day to move all the furniture into the garage. Staff came right on time in the morning and finished by 6pm in the evening. They took off our baseboards and put them back on at the end, installed transitions, and even added plywood panels to the previously carpeted area (in order to keep the floor even). There was quite a bit of dust afterward (since they were cutting inside the house) but overall we could see they did their best to sweep and leave things as clean as they could. It really has transformed our house! And we will definitely reach back out when we are ready to replace the carpets on our second floor!
