Up front is the sales gallery. Didn't stay long, because we were in for cleaning, but there were a lot of options and the ones I saw were really lovely. Head round the back for cleaning. Pull right up to the door for load and unload. I went twice and there was a line both times! I never considered how many people here have area rugs for cleaning. They'll do all sizes. It takes about 2 weeks to turn around (not entirely certain why people are surprised by this....). If you drop your rugs off, you get 20% off the standard price. If you don't have a big enough vehicle, they'll do pick up and drop off for you, but aren't available same day. They offer several levels of cleaning depending on how clean/dirty you think your rugs are. Drop off and pick up were quick. I haven't unrolled the rugs yet (packed for moving), but I was pleased with the process, and, frankly, impressed with the size of the operation.

It had a pretty heavy traffic path in the living room. We called Stanley Steamer and paid them over $300. Unfortunately, they were paid that day so no way to hold the money. Afterwards, it looked so poor, two pet stains in the same room that weren't cleaned, I brought my 10 year old Hoover carpet shampooer and ran over the traffic area and pet stains. The first time I ran it, the water was really dirty so I assumed....ok, bad walking area. I refilled my shampooer and ran again and took a picture of the second time I shampooed the area. The water was filthy. We called Stanley Steamer to come back to make it right. The guy would not look at my residential shampooer, would not look at the water I had saved or pictures, and told me the dirt would move up the shaft of the carpet after it is steamed cleaned and that is why I was able to get that much dirt out of the carpet afterwards. They would not redo the carpets without charging us again. This review will not allow me to add pictures unfortunately. I will also post this review to their FB page and Google. Very poor business practices. We will never recommend them nor use them again.

I shared my cleaning wishlist on the request form found online when you request service and I would say that it was fair and their approach to what I needed was excellent. They cleaned everything to my remembrance that I had on my list and my list seemed quite long. I believe it took the full time to clean and their detail to the small things mattered to me. I spoke to them about what I needed before they began to clean and they realistically shared what they could perform in the given time. When me and my little girl God home she was in aw, she kept trying to figure out if she was in the right home and kept saying mommy it's so clean "it is so cute". My only regret is that my money wasn't long enough to have given them a grand monetary tip and that my money is too short at this time to hire them to clean bi-weekly. They saved me so much time! Possibly hours. I will have them back at my home in August to help me with a very special project. To just establish more order.
