I've been using cleaners regularly (every 2 weeks or monthly) for over 5 years now and have had a few different ones over that time. My previous cleaner just retired so I was looking for a new one, and I reached out to get a quote from Cleaning4U. I have a ~500 sq ft apartment, 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom. It's a small apartment that my previous cleaners (who worked alone) did full housekeeping and cleaning themselves in 2 - 3 hours, and would cost generally $100 or less (maybe a bit over if there was some more to do that day). So tell me why Cleaning4U came back to me with a quote of 3 Cleaners for 1.5h, $40/h each, for $180 + 5% GST + 2.99% if you're paying by card (so would be basically $200 total). AND THAT'S ONLY FOR SURFACE CLEANING. It's $30 extra for cleaning inside appliances. The list of services provided didn't even go into organizing the fridge, closets, or anything along those lines. JUST surface cleaning. I took one look and laughed out loud at the sheer audacity of how ridiculous that quote was. It really feels like they're trying to scam people who don't know any better. Literally right after responding back telling them no way jose I got a call from another company who wanted to give me a quote. The other company quoted me 2 cleaners, 1 hour, total of less than $100, and their list of services included fridge cleaning, closet organization, and a bunch of other stuff. Needless to say, I went with them instead.

He came on Monday which was Labour Day and replaced hose, totally cleaned vent which was blocked by a huge lint ball. His service was prompt and efficient. The problem has been fixed and my dryer dries clothes in half the time, no more water in my hose and no more fire hazard. Two thumbs up!!!!!

The receptionist was very nice and explained how there was a 70% chance of success, but she also warned me there was no guarantee. I liked her honesty. Ken came over and spent a full hour, using an extraction process with powerful truck-mounted hoses. The result was not known until the following morning. The stains were improved, but not gone. I called Refresh and they were very happy to dispatch Ken for a second (free) visit. This time he did not use the hoses, but patiently applied and reapplied a solution, each time using an absorbent cloth to lift the moisture. It worked! The aggressive grease stains are entirely gone. Refresh is a very professional, honest company. Ken is amazing! He is knowledgeable, competent, and friendly. I am going to have Ken come back on a regular basis to clean my carpets. Don't look any further for a carpet cleaning company. Refresh is the BEST.
