The carpet looks good, but you will need to wary of some details before signing on: 1. Be sure that when they measure for the amount of carpeting to order that you ask them to be sure it will be enough. I didn't, and we had to wait almost 3 weeks for the job to be completely finished once it was started. 2. Let them determine how much they will charge you to move the furniture in your home, and don't go out of your way to move furniture, rent a pod, or try to help. We did, and we broke our backs to move out as much as we could, and got no consideration on that particular charge. 3. Be sure that the quote includes the tax before you accept and schedule the installation, and you won't be surprised in the end. 4. If they tell you they are sending 3 strong guys over to move the big furniture, you may be surprised when that's not who shows up. 5. If you're planning on painting the walls in your home as you renovate, be sure to do it after the carpet has been installed. We ended up with scratches on the newly painted walls all around the house from the carpet being moved around as they installed it, something that they could not help because of the amount of carpet they were putting down, but a consideration that you might want to keep in mind. These are a few of the glitches that made our experience unpleasant when all was said and done.

DAI was there within hours of our placing the call. They provided a professional and competent ans sympathetic remediation team which resolved the smoke odor and painted and sealed the basement, Next came the reconstruction team providing the same level of competent, professional ability to get the job done. The DAI team, especially Ryan, guided us through the morass of insurance claims to get to a fair settlement in, what we now know , is a relatively common time frame. The driver accelerated through multiple stop signs without slowing, creating a serious danger to children, pedestrians, and other motorists. When I attempted to call out the unsafe behavior, the driver decided to drive past me and shouted an explicit insult ("Go f*** yourself") from the vehicle. This conduct is both dangerous and highly unprofessional, especially for someone representing your company. I am deeply disappointed by the disregard for public safety and hope this matter is addressed promptly.
