He also took the time to drive all over town to find the precise sized wood to fit one plank of wood that been overly damaged over the years. The day of the installation the men came form Empire and said they could not install the carpet because the floor was tile and they didn't want to ruin the tile and after I told them it's okay, I don't care for the tile they still said no and left. Now the next day my mother in law was coming out from the hospital after being there for 3 months because of COVID. We needed new carpet. I found A1, called got a quote and asked if he could do it the next day and he said yes because of the special circumstances I was in. They had the carpet color I wanted, the price was the same price as Empire and A1 gave me a warranty, and communication was great. They arrived the next day on time and finished earlier than expected. The whole crew was amazing, very kind and extremely courteous. If I can give them 100 stars I would.
