While there I saw the sign for FREE electronic scan. My engine light has been on for 9 months so I requested the scan. The salesman was very nice. Greg I think. After the scan he analyzed the codes and suggested the part needed. He had the part in stock so I bought it. My mechanic installed it in 10 minutes and it fixed my issue immediately. Plus, O'Reilly's has the lowest prices I found. They are great for women, seniors and the disabled. I cover all three!!!!

The online portion of my experience gets a solid zero stars. My online order was not sent to the store. I received the email with the information, but the store apparently didn't I ordered a battery online. I chose to pay in-store and received the order number and cost in an email, along with the store information. I hadn't heard anything and called the store, who didn't have record of the order. I went to the store with the order number and a very helpful guy, named Angel, started looking. While he was looking, I found the battery I needed on the shelf. When I went back to the counter, Angel had gotten help from his boss. As soon as I said I had the order as a pay in-store, he replied "oh that's why we don't have it." And walked away, leaving me with Angel. The store had great parking, but could use some friendliness training.
