Very horrible customer service purchased a Lincoln navigator from them about two weeks later the check engine light came on. We took it back in. They verified that it was the Cadillac converter which there's no way that the Cadillac converter should have went out within two weeks of purchasing the car unless it never passed emissions meaning the car was temporarily fixed just to sell. It was never given a small paperwork from the car which is required by the state of California so I did not pay the remaining $800 down I was told to continue to drive the truck until the park came in three months later we get a call to say that the part is in we took the car in two days after being jerked around about the car. They tell us they're repossessing the car for not paying the $800 down after you sold us a bogus car to begin with that wouldn't have never passed the missions which by the way is against the law in the state of California do not purchase a car here unless you plan on having issues with the car the whole time you have it very horrible customer service read more

The Service I requested at Bravo Auto repair was to replace radiator fan. Both O2 sensors front and back, and also Service the air conditioning as well also replaced exhaust manifold, gaskets and as well Cadillac converter. I must say they went above and beyond Jorge and Ozzie is the owner. Jorge is one of the managers in the body shop. Both gentlemen are honest to deal with. They took my car in like if it was one of their own and fixed it and I must say as I picked it up today no problems drove it 100 miles with no problems. AC is blowing ice cold at one no need to put it to max AC number one was just fine all in all Bravo's auto repair. I would very highly recommend them. Surprisingly almost immediately I knew I was in good hands with Renee, the owner. After patiently listening to my amateurish explanation as to what I thought I needed, Renee went about clearly explaining that he thought my problem was not as serious and would definitely cost less than I had expected. I used to bring my vehicles here. Not anymore. I took my Corolla for a radiator flush/fill. Two months later, the car overheated on the freeway. Got to my destination and called for tow. Towed again next day to Bravos. Rene told me that I needed a new radiator for $400. Instead, I took it to a friend of the family that owns a shop, and he said that whomever did the flush, did not tighten the lower hose all the way. Nothing was wrong with radiator, at all. I needed a bit of work on my exhaust. After going to one of the chains, who tried to charge me $40 (and sign off on it) just to have a look, I went to Bravo. The atmosphere was pleasant and there was no loud music. The main mechanic rolled his eyes when he heard that other garages were charging just to have a look and quickly diagnosed the problem. He explained everything and was very clear. The price was very fair and, it being a small job, they just knocked it out. When I was leaving I mentioned that my sliding door didn't open properly. The guy working the front desk immediately left his post and fixed it within 5 minutes - an easy fix, but only if you know what you are doing! No charge. They are incredibly honest, very fair pricing and excellent work. I went in to have a bumper replaced on my 2006 Honda and they worked it out so that the work would be done with the least amount of inconvenience to me. They even straightened out my front license plate that was mangled (it was the rear bumper that was being replaced) who does that in this day and age??? This was my first time, but I came to Rene at Bravo's on the glowing recommendation of a friend. I had a quick lube and wheel alignment in mind when another friend, who drove my car, said it needed a more thorough check up, so I took it to Bravo's. The check up came out fine, along with alignment and a fender tightening (those over-sized parking space blocks front ends get caught on!) at a price I'd get at a quick lube joint. The main thing Rene found were two tires that had not worn well, with a recommendation to get new tires very soon. I mentioned the two membership outlets I could use and he nodded, but mentioned a close by place that matched everyone's price and he believed did a superior job. I wasted no time, got the tires there and my 2007 Chrysler 300 now feels more secure drives like a dream. read more
