While there I saw the sign for FREE electronic scan. My engine light has been on for 9 months so I requested the scan. The salesman was very nice. Greg I think. After the scan he analyzed the codes and suggested the part needed. He had the part in stock so I bought it. My mechanic installed it in 10 minutes and it fixed my issue immediately. Plus, O'Reilly's has the lowest prices I found. They are great for women, seniors and the disabled. I cover all three!!!!

Outside, this store could use some help, with the faded sign it doesn't really grab your attention. Yet, inside I had a "hello" from the clerk as soon as I entered and I found what I needed fast. I waited behind one person for a minute and, after another a minute or two, I was getting my receipt and headed out. Given the service, or lack of service, I had down the street, I was blown away how this place looked old and behind, but was actually helpful and quick. This place is a great find and I highly recommend it!

She is a 5 out of 5 Just like her name, she is number one for helping you find what you want. The dealership is anther thing. They desire their low rating. Sales managers won't even see, talk to you in person and certainly won't work with you on price. The service department is over worked and have too much work to help you with anything that is under a 1000.00 bill. You have beg and plead for them you help you and even then you are still in trouble. If money is not a problem then this business is for you. Customer service forget about that.

Another day, another terrible Lexus dealership. My car battery kept dying and AAA suggested I get a…read moretrickle charger. I purchased one from an auto store and brought it in to have them show me how to properly attach it. Johnny helped us out or should I say didn't help us out? First thing he did was claim that the charger I bought for $30 wouldn't work and I would need to buy a $125 charger from them. Luckily I know better and didn't fall for his BS. When we asked him to show us how to attach it, he stated the only way to do so was through the actual battery in the cargo hold. I have another car where the battery is in the back but you can attach the trickle charger to the posts under the hood. When I asked him if this was possible he said no. I didn't believe him so I asked again to confirm and again, he again said no. I called another dealership in the city and they informed me that while it's best to attach it to the battery in the cargo hold it's of course possible to do so under the hood. I was sadly not surprised Johnny blatantly lied to me. It was clear he was full of it as soon as he tried to upsell me a charger that was 5x the amount I paid elsewhere. I love my car but with service like this I'll think twice about getting another Lexus.
