They walked out, fixed it, and didn't even charge me. They did NOT have to do that. Yes, it was a simple fix and only took 5 mins, but the point is they didn't have to do that. Plenty of drink and snack options and I was able to get some work done. This would be five stars, but I'm still confused on what service was included with my purchase. I was under the impression that I had a number of included oil changes, but they told me I had none showing on my account when I scheduled my appointment. When I took it in, they said I had one more on my account in addition to a service pass. I'm still not clear on what is included, but I had a great experience so I would probably go back.

They re-reviewed my case, felt bad that I had such a bad experience and changed everything with one phone call. They are scheduling to replace the battery and get me on my merry way. This is a Greentec Christmas miracle. Thank you Greentec. I look forward to the call from your service department to schedule this swap out. I have purchased 2 batteries for a 2012 Chevy Volt. During the first battery replacement my vehicle was vandalized in their parking area. I was called by Green Tech Auto and asked if I had insurance. I responded that because they had taken possession of my vehicle and because they were a business, they were going to need to use their own insurance. They replaced my tires and rims with used rims. The first battery had an 18 month warranty. At around 20 months, the battery showed a failure error. They suggested complete replacement and suggested that people often get 5-7 years on a battery. I purchased a complete new battery and install with an 18 month warranty. We are at about 22 months and the battery is no longer charging. Green Tech Auto suggested a new battery and replacement. They offered a small discount that was $1500 over what I paid the previous time. Once again I didn't get 5-7 years. I know that the warranty period had past. I had hoped for more on both of my battery installs. I don't think I will be going back for a third time. Just for reference my first battery and install was about 5K. My second battery and install was about $3000. The estimate for the possible third was $4500. During the second battery reinstall I was asked by Green Tech if I wanted to sell them my car for $500. I am not typically this whiny, but spending $9000 on batteries for a used car that I purchased for $7500 does not make any sense. I had hoped to get 4-5 years out of a full battery replacement. This would have made sense to me. What do I hope for from Green Tech? I would hope that they would realize that I was a repeat customer that had spent nearly $10,000. I would hope that they could take a closer look at the battery that they built for me, evaluate why it might have failed. If this failure could be due to some issue that they could have done better, like create a better battery that might last more than 20 months. If they felt any guilt on burning me twice they might put a new battery in for this repeat customer.

Left my vehicle outside with the window down. Worst experience ever. They are unprofessional, terrible crooks. They wanted me to pay in full and hadn't even been able to work on my vehicle. They friend the MCU when the took the HV battery out. They pulled it out before updating with Tesla. They got the car bricked. Then Tesla confirmed they bricked it and Green Tech said I needed to pay for that at Tesla $2500. They are amateurs. No idea what they are doing and then they held me responsible for their mistake. Buyer before. My insurance is now filing a claim with their insurance company. When my husband went to pick up my car (From Florida with my 11 year old). I was greeted in a friendly and helpful manner by a gentleman whose desk was next to the main entrance. The person that assisted me was equally friendly and helpful. We called and they basically told us sorry nothing they can do ( no offer to send another truck or pick ours up) while we're stranded away from home with a 40ft horse trailer, horses, and a young kid. Guess what?..The Motor blew!! We were able to coast to ANOTHER Chevrolet dealer off the interstate thankfully who went above and beyond to help us. THEY got us into another ZR2 Chevy brand new and took our truck straight across on trade so that we could get back on the road to enjoy our vacation. We are very grateful to them.
