I even got a phone call the day after ordering letting me know my tires were in and ready for my appointment. The whole process felt smooth and stress-free. The part that won me over was the price matching. I found the same tires cheaper at Walmart and instead of going somewhere else or filling out a long form, or asking in store, I just used the live chat option. You can chat with someone who will price match for you!! They asked for a link to the tires I wanted to price match with, verified they could match and then just sent me a discounted checkout link that was valid for 30 days. It saved me a lot of money and took hardly any effort, which honestly is worth more than it sounds. When I arrived, the location was spotless and very well kept. I was honestly surprised at how clean the restrooms were for a place that sees so much grease. The waiting area was comfortable too, with a window where you can watch them work on your car from your seat and USB outlets nearby so you can charge your phone while you wait. They have guest wifi too and they text you with updates the entire time so you know what to expect and what is happening. Small things like that really matter and add up. The staff was kind and patient with me the whole time. Multiple employees took the time to explain everything clearly. When I needed someone to repeat something about my valve stems, he didn't seem annoyed at all, which I appreciated. As we were leaving, my tire sensors seemed off, so I pulled back around. Before I even had time to get out and go inside, someone noticed, came right out to help, and explained what was going on. That kind of attentiveness stood out to me. I had a great service here by a personable and friendly employee, who had a good recommendation that sounded trustworthy. He immediately saw that I needed assistance when I came in and served me promptly. He showed me his monitor screen with different tire options of the kind that I wanted, and told me what kind he had on his vehicle. The company kept me updated via email with all steps in the service of my car after I dropped it off in the morning, and I was able to finish my appointment within the same day. I came back and picked it up after work, just before they closed for the day. I did not notice any problems with the tires after I had driven around on them several months, and I am glad that I got them replaced before the big snow this winter. The tires are very expensive, I paid about $1385 for all 4 new tires, but they are a good brand (Michelin) and should last for several years I think. I also signed up for the certificate which will cover them to do maintenance service on the tires, rotate them every couple thousand miles, and repair them if they accidentally get damaged. I will definitely be returning here for future tire service and new purchases, if I am still in the area when that time comes.

My car has an uncommon tire size and I was looking at $550-$700 for a new set. $550 being cheap Maypops and $700 being a quality GoodYear or Firestone. Then there's all the hidden disposal fees, surcharges, taxes, blah blah blah. I am a Costco member, and their prices are no better than other retail outlets. Shoot me now please... Hold up! I made a phone call to Unlimited and couldn't believe what I was hearing. They had a set of Firestone factory take-offs for $200...installed, balanced, old tires disposed of, the whole shebang! I knew I was going to get there and these tires were going to be subpar....nope! Damn things looked brand new. The tread was so new that when I drove off the lot they made the humming noise you hear on truck tires. I called ahead, pulled in, got immediate service, one of their employees charged my cell phone for me while I waited, and they treated me like they appreciated my business. Don't get me wrong...this is a no frills type of place. I waited on a picnic table under an awning outside, but I will sacrifice daytime TV, rot gut coffee, air conditioning, and a long wait if it means I get treated like a king, save money, and receive prompt and courteous service. To top it off, I took the money I saved and went to the casino after I bought the tires and won $100 playing blackjack. So, I ended up getting a brand new set of tires for $100. What a day!
