The manager Mauricio has always been incredibly helpful and genuinely willing to go the extra mile whenever we've reached out. No matter what question or issue we've had, he has always taken the time to help us and make sure everything was taken care of. It's this level of customer service that really sets Porsche Suncoast apart. We truly appreciate the team and their commitment to taking care of their customers. We would absolutely recommend Porsche Suncoast Sarasota to our friends and family. If you're looking for a Porsche, this is definitely a dealership we would recommend!

I have purchased Porsche parts from Suncoast Porsche Parts over the years and have generally had…read morepositive experiences. In particular, Frank and Heather have always been professional, courteous, responsive, and empathetic. Their customer service reflects well on the company. Unfortunately, a recent interaction with another representative left me disappointed. I contacted Suncoast to inquire whether a Porsche 991 clear tail light kit was back in stock. During the conversation, I made a lighthearted joke about the significant price increase since my previous purchase, asking whether the additional cost came with a horsepower upgrade. Rather than simply explaining the increase, which I understand was due to tariffs and Porsche pricing adjustments, I received responses that I found sarcastic, defensive, and unprofessional. The exchange included comments such as, "You will get 1500 horsepower," followed by another email stating, "How in the world was I supposed to know your reply was sarcastic? Really?" My concern is not the price increase itself. Anyone who owns a Porsche understands that parts prices change over time. My concern is the manner in which a customer inquiry was handled. Customers should be able to ask questions, even with a bit of humor, without the conversation becoming argumentative. After I clarified that my comment was intended as a joke and explained my perspective respectfully, I had hoped for a simple acknowledgment or clarification. Instead, the responses continued in a tone that I felt was unnecessarily dismissive. Businesses are not judged by whether misunderstandings occur, but by how they respond to them. While I continue to appreciate the excellent service provided by Frank and Heather, this particular experience has made me hesitant to place future orders with Suncoast. Porsche parts may be expensive, but professionalism shouldn't be. Unfortunately, that was the most disappointing part of this experience.
