The customer service man John understood, but the Manager basically got his money and said there was nothing he could do. Keep in mind, John checked for crank and alternator issues and everything came out fine. Don't expect too much from this store...there are other Autozones to go to.

The employee that assisted me tested them and found them to be bad. They had both batteries in stock and even though they normally do not install batteries in this particular model due to the complexity of gaining access, he offered to give it a try. Working with another employee, Roy, they were able to replace both batteries successfully. I know this effort took much longer than a normal battery swap, however these two employees took their time and were never once deterred from completing the task. Both of them, along with every other employee I met at this business were friendly and helpful. If you need parts or assistance with your vehicle, I would definitely recommend visiting this location!

Work was done in a timely manner and was given an update on how the work was going and when will be completed. I was supposed to get wheel alignment's after the truck was completed with all suspension work but I have unlimited wheel alignment with Firestone, which I let Travis know. When my truck was all completed and I went to Firestone they let me know the guys at 4 Wheel Super Store did such a good job that they barely needed to align my wheels. Now if that isn't premium work and care I don't know what is. Highly recommended!!!
