I had to have it towed to my mechanic where he found the alternator purchased from them was bad. Per my mechanic, that was my first mistake. He added that they had horrible customer service and they weren't going to like me telling them their part was bad. HE WAS ABSOLUTELY CORRECT! They did not want to give me a refund; stating that their policy is no refunds on parts that were already installed. How was I supposed to know it was bad before installing??? I had to argue with them and they stated they had to confirm their alternator was bad. They were supposed to contact me the next morning, but instead they avoided me. They eventually ended up refunding me my money and stated they had it tested and it was good. But my car worked perfectly fine with a new alternator from Tucson Alternator where they tested the old one and confirmed it was bad. They also charged me a 15% restocking fee.... for their BAD alternator!!! Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, a week without my car, a tow fee of $130 and labor for my mechanic when it could've been fixed that same day in their parking lot if their part was good; they were the ones upset at me. Horrible experience. Highly recommend everywhere else except COST LESS!

Some warning lights came up on my car and I asked one of the employees to see if they could run their diagnostic machine to see if any codes came up. The initial employee was able to run the diagnostic code but was not very helpful in interpreting the results or next steps. Fortunately we asked the manager for help who quickly recommended a cheap remedy- an engine cleaner solution. And it worked! Very grateful for his assistance and highly recommend this location because of him.

I called the location closest and asked if they had the battery and could they install. The guy I spoke to said they had a few batteries and could install for me. I drove over, waited in line behind 4 people, got to the counter and that guy said he'd sell me the battery but couldn't install it. I told him I had just called, the guy I spoke to said they could install. Guy behind counter said it wasn't me you spoke to and I'm too busy to install it. Customer service here is non existent. Luckily my truck started and I was able to get help somewhere else. Avoid these bozos. They don't give a damn about people in need of help.
