I ordered the GF scampi, and it was the best pasta meal I have ever had! So good that even one of my non GF friends ordered a dish with the GF pasta! The $10 take home deal was definitely worth it. Great experience. We sat in a booth near the window so we had a nice quiet table. Food was delicious. our waiter was attentive and knew the menu. He also asked if we liked movie trivia and would ask a question when he dropped off part of our order. It made the whole dining experience even more fun. We have been going to Carrabba's for over 25 years in different cities. It used to be fantastic. It changed a little about 15 years ago. Then it changed a lot 10+ years ago. The bread is still good. Last night, the salad was soggy with an excess of Italian dressing that wasn't tasty. The pasta had a different unlikeable flavor and was OVERCOOKED, MUSHY!!! The meat sauce was still pretty tasty. I'm VERY disgusted with the food, and will likely never return. The service was OK, and the manager was very accommodating. The chef has to go. read more

We used to eat here years ago but it fell out of rotation so we stopped in for a late lunch, sat at the bar. We both did lunch trio, soup, salad and app. The apps (meatballs and stuffed mushrooms were barely warm and just meh. On the bright side, Soups were tasty and hot, salad was cold and fresh. Stopped here today to grab takeout for someone currently in a rehab facility. He ordered the Chicken Parmesan. I tasted a few bites, and we both agreed it was very good. They included a Cesar salad and also bread with oil and seasoning (very nice touch Carrabba's - and you delighted the tables mates at the rehab as they shared in the bread). Just left without ordering food. Carrabbas has been my go to for veal and mussels. Just found out that the menu has been changed/shrunk that eliminated both. We had a soccer team with parents (about 35 people) that had an hour to eat lunch between games. The manager Laura was amazingly accommodating to our group getting us in and out in our hour timeline and settling up a great buffet for our group. To top it off, we were given the wrong check and had to wait longer for the server to correct the mistake. The other day my fiancé and I decided to take a trip out to Bedford, and have lunch at Carrabba's. It was our first time dining at a Carrabba's, plus we were celebrating my fiancé's birthday. Upon entering we were immediately greeted by a lovely employee. She seated us, and also ended up being our server. She was beyond kind, and so helpful. I mentioned to her we were first timers, and we're here celebrating a birthday. She told me she would do a nice surprise for him. Our food was delicious! My fiancé ordered a salad along with the fettuccine weesie. I ordered a chicken soup, and the classic trio (lasagna, chicken parmigiana, and fettuccine alfredo). Everything was remarkable. Once finished another server brought us out a complimentary chocolate dream dessert. Delicious!! On the humble, yet enthusiastic, recommendation of my favorite uncle, I was implored to check this place out. And man...I'm glad I finally did. You see, I've actually had them bookmarked since the last time I visited NH. But as you know, there are so many places to try, yet so little time for yours truly. So, right as you walk in, you're greeted by an authentic Italian decorum. The dining area is spacious enough where it doesn't feel cramp. It might have been just because it was only moderately busy. Then again, they also seemed a bit short staffed because it took nearly 25 minutes before we got a real waiter. I believe one of the floor managers (or possibly hostess?) took our drink orders and mentioned something about the waitresses needing a chance to catch up. No biggie. I came here to wine n' dine--not chew n' screw. Carrabba's is genuine Italian cuisine; the type of place you come to eat slowly whilst enjoying friendly conversation with friends and loved ones. And that's precisely what transpired here. Tonight, I started things off with the Caesar salad with grilled shrimp, with the shrimp and scallop linguine for the main course. Though, I'll warn you now: when you see this menu, you're gonna have a difficult time deciding what to eat. Because there were at least 5 or 6 things I'd try outright. It took me almost 15 minutes to narrow down my selections. And I'm usually a pretty decisive guy. The grilled shrimp were out of this world delish! An excellent compliment to any Caesar salad. Plus, the salad itself was perfectly dressed, not too tangy with crisp, fresh lettuce. Only problem is the waiter initially forgot the shrimp. So, I would have liked to know how the presentation of the food would have looked otherwise. I'd give it a 9 out 10. The shrimp and scallop linguine was pretty damn good. Not perfect, mind you....but the complaints I have are so minor, it's barely a deterrence from tasting this dish. For one thing, there was WAY too much pasta! Seriously. After I finished all the seafood (which was delectable as f*ck, btw), I slid the other 12 ounces of pasta over to the waiter and rest him assured that no to-go box would be necessary. I mean...it's not like I could take it on the plane with me anyway. Now, the more significant critique I have with this dish is the seasoning. Not that it didn't have any. But it could have used a touch more salt. Although, the freshly grated Parmesan cheese definitely helped the whole thing come together irregardless. Like I said, the complaints are minor. Overall, I enjoy the heck out of this dish! A solid 8 out of 10 for me. Anyone that goes to Olive Garden and thinks they're genuine Italian cuisine needs to get the taste slapped out their mouth. Then, come here and eat. This is Italian food done right. I've already made sure this will be a frequent revisit upon my next trip up to NH. As I said earlier, there are still quite a few dishes left for me to try. I also made sure to take better photos of the menu so you all could see what the fuss is about. I ordered the lobster ravioli through Uber eats (driver was quick and amazing). The lobster ravioli was DISGUSTING. It's soooo fishy and salty as if they took it from the damn ocean and threw it in my food. $22 and I wouldn't feed this to my fricken cat. I rather eat a microwaved hotdog with nothing on it than to eat another bit of this swamp garbage. And this is the first time I've order from this restaurant Update: asked my daughter if she wanted a bite, she lovessss lobster. After putting the food in her mouth, she asked if she could spit it back in the container. I said yes since it's going in the trash anyways.
