I'd be cautious ordering delivery from Carrabba's - Morrow, Ga Multiple items were missing from my delivery order. I reordered after speaking with a manager, and he assured me the order would be corrected, but the second order was still missing the same items he said he would make sure were included. My first delivery order was missing the appetizer, the soup that was supposed to come with the entrée, and the meatballs I paid extra to add to the entrée. The meatballs are an additional charge on top of the cost of the meal, so I had specifically paid extra to have them added. I called the restaurant and spoke with Lewis, a manager, who was very nice and helpful. When I explained what had been missing from the first order, Lewis initially offered to comp a meal for me on a future in-person visit. He also tried to correct the immediate situation and told me that if I reordered, they would include four meatballs, extra sauce/meat sauce, and two soups to make up for what was missing. He told me he'd personally make sure the order went out correctly. Instead of accepting the complimentary meal for another day, I decided it was more important to actually receive the food that had been missing because the order was for my mom at home, who was sick. So I placed and paid for the entire order again. That meant paying for a second delivery order, along with the additional fees that come with using a delivery service. Unfortunately, the second delivery order was also incorrect. There were still NO meatballs, and only one soup was included instead of the two I was told would be sent. I called the restaurant again because I wanted to let Lewis know that the second order had also been incorrect, especially since he had told me he'd personally make sure it went out correctly. Since the second order was also wrong, I also wanted to see if I could now accept the offer Lewis had originally made to provide a complimentary meal for a future in-person visit. I thought I would be speaking with Lewis again, but Manny, the owner, came to the phone and told me Lewis had left for the day. I mentioned the complimentary meal that Lewis had offered twice during my conversation with Manny, but Manny did not address that part of the conversation. Instead, he asked me to send pictures of both receipts to his cell phone to look into it. I don't know what his intention was in asking for them. Maybe he wanted the receipts to investigate the two orders, or maybe he needed them before honoring the earlier offer. However, after I'd already explained the situation multiple times and paid for the order twice, being asked to provide the receipts made me feel like I now had to verify or prove what had happened. As the customer, I wasn't sure why that was necessary. Manny was courteous and gave me his number, and I appreciate that he was willing to look into the situation. However, by that point I had already spent significant time trying to resolve what should have been a simple food order, and being asked to go through the receipts and send additional information after everything else was frustrating. At that point, I was simply tired of dealing with it. On my first call, I had to wait for someone to answer, explain the situation to an employee before speaking with a manager, wait on hold again for the manager, and spend additional time explaining the situation. After paying for and receiving the second incorrect order, I had to call and explain it again. I'm a very busy mom with significant caregiving responsibilities, and I was trying to get out the door while dealing with all of this. The order was for my mom, who was sick that day, which was one of the reasons it mattered to me to actually get the food rather than simply accept a credit. Whether you are a busy parent or simply a busy person, most people do not have time to make repeated phone calls, sit on hold, explain the same situation multiple times, reorder and pay for the same meal again, and then gather and send receipts afterward just to receive the food they originally ordered. My concern is really with the accuracy of the delivery orders coming out of this location. 2 separate orders were incorrect, including the order that was specifically supposed to correct the first one. If you are considering ordering from this location through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or another delivery service, based on my experience I would strongly recommend against it. If you do order delivery, I would at the very least recommend checking your order carefully. My mom said the food itself was good, and both managers I dealt with were pleasant and tried to help. My issue is not with the quality of the food or how I was treated by management. It is that after paying for the order twice and spending so much time trying to correct the first mistake, the second order was still wrong. The experience was extremely frustrating and took far more time and effort to resolve than a delivery order should have. read more

I am a major Carrabba's fan so this visit was extremely disappointing for me. I am visiting my mother in her hometown and told her how wonderful Carrabba's chicken soup was because we both felt a bit under the weather. We went to the local Carrabba's in Morrow Georgia and ordered curbside service. We got two chicken soups and a stuffed mushroom. The order came out in a reasonable amount of time. However, when we got home, the chicken noodle soups were extremely watery and tasteless, which is the opposite of what this particular soup normally is. It is normally rather peppery and seasoned very well, which is one of the reasons I like it when I'm feeling a bit ill. However, this one had about as much spice as a can of Campbell's chicken noodle soup and was extremely underseasoned. Additionally, the stuffed mushrooms appeared to have just been thrown in the bag. They were upside down all the stuffing and sauce was out of the mushrooms and all over the container. It looked horrible, and I did mention this to the restaurant. Their response was sorry you got that hopefully it's better next time. But then when I opened the mushrooms, I tried to eat them. They also did not taste as they should have everything was just extremely off this visit. I don't know that I will ever visit this Carrabba's location again, and hope this isn't an indication of what Carrabba's, as a company, has become. read more

Attentive waitress! My party of 5 really appreciated the waitress as we never needed to wait for a refill on beverages nor bread. All of the staff are actually great, as I have never had an issue here, I love that there is a vegan option(s) as I got the spaghetti pomodoro and added mushrooms to my plate. House salad was pretty good thanks to the dressing and olives. The rest of my party enjoyed their meals chicken Parmesan, crab cakes, etc, We also enjoyed their strawberry and raspberry lemonades. Located @ 1887 Mt Zion Road Southlake, GA I was greeted with a smile by Zanoriah upon entry. She seated me in the bar area and within five minutes my waitress; Audrey arrived. Audrey was super attentive from start to finish. She offered Excellent Customer Service. I started with the Italian bread and olive oil with the pesto seasoning. For my entree I ordered my absolutely favorite dish the Fettuccine Carrabba and I added sautéed shrimp. The shrimp are an up charge of course; but it was so worth it. Everything was very tasty and delicious. The ambiance was crowded for a week night. But both ladies did not lack in Customer Service. I'd definitely recommend this location for lunch or dinner. I'm giving this restaurant a two because my food was good, Had to return my salad twice for Brown lettuce but in all the food was good now I can't say the same for customer service. I've been at this location 3 times in the past month for lunch only because the location is close to me and I love Carrabba's but customer service is horrible. We had to raise our hand like we were in school for someone to come over, nearly shouting across another person's table just to get someone's attention for refills and they're always out of to go containers to go cups and the attitude is I don't care! so me and my friend will have to make the drive over to the Cobb location hopefully it will be better. On a trip to Atlanta last January for my guy's birthday, I found myself going through a bout of gastritis and discovered that certain foods helped my symptoms. After searching Yelp for a restaurant nearby that sold salmon, I ordered takeout from this location. I selected the Simply Grilled Salmon with garlic mashed potatoes as my entree. I also ordered a side of grilled asparagus. This particular weekend, the restaurant was a little busy. There was a short wait at the pickup area, but no big deal. I was pleasantly surprised when I got back to the hotel to discover complimentary bread with olive oil and herbs! My entree was delicious! The salmon had a nice flavor to it, and was prepared well. I usually ask for my salmon to be cooked well done, and upon first look, I was disappointed. But somehow, they cooked it just right. The garlic mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus were the perfect pair for the salmon and both were also prepared well. This made me want to visit the location in my city after I returned home. I understand now just how overwhelmed the team must have been during the holiday rush, and I truly appreciate the care and effort they put into redeeming the situation. We also enjoyed zucchini fries, which were deliciously crisp and paired perfectly with the dipping sauce. Every bite was memorable. This was the worst dining experience I've had in a very long time. I was very hungry and eager to enjoy Carrabba's. I met my friend for dinner, and when Michale H FINALLY came to our table to take our order, it was a letdown. He didn't greet us, didn't speak, and didn't even introduce himself. In fact, he was so quiet that my friend had to ask, "Are you okay?" because we weren't sure if he was experiencing a mental health issue or just being rude. The runner who brought out our food was pleasant, but our server was THE WORST. After we finished our meal and were ready to pay, we had to ask him to come over multiple times. Finally, he came, and my friend inquired if the restaurant accepted Apple Pay. I had to look up because I didn't hear his response. He placed the payment machine on the table and walked away without giving any instructions or even ensuring that we were comfortable using the device. He didn't leave a pen for us to sign our receipts, and he NEVER returned. My friend had to figure out the device and complete the payment on our own. It was a terrible experience! Jolie, the manager on duty, acknowledged that she had received complaints about this server many times. However, she took no action to reassure us as potential future customers. Instead, she provided us with a card and requested a 5-star rating, which was part of a contest where she was competing with another manager. This request came after we had already complained about our server. Carrabba's, you can and must do better. Your customers deserve a pleasant dining experience, and there is no excuse for the subpar service we encountered. read more

This place has changed since the last time I've been here. The inside looks different ( not a classy ) and the portions have gotten smaller. Having said that the food was great , no complaints. Cooked to perfection. Nothing tasted like fast food, it was very authentic. The service here was great also. They had a good score of 91 at time of visit. I'd most definitely return. I LOVE CARRABA'S!!! I enjoy taking my wife on bi-monthly dates to CARRABA'S. The food is delicious as well as inexpensive.

I ordered the steak, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and sausage lentil soup. Food was delicious however I signed up for the rewards and inquired about the free appetizer and our lovely waitress Tia who is such a doll btw thought we were able to get it. Well when the bill came, she thought all I had to do was put my number in the receipt to obtain it for free. She went to talk to her manager, she said she pleaded for it to be removed but was advised I had to pay and in the next visit it would be for free! Mind you I only wanted the app, because I thought it was free! Very disappointed this could not be rectified as it was a misunderstanding on my part as well as the waitress.I marveled throughout my experience how nice everyone was, especially Tia, however I may not return as I felt like the app should've been still been honored or handled another type of way. read more

Me and my husband got sat super quick for a Sunday night and food came out so fast! We loved everyone's vibes and the service was amazing. Food sadly was the only hit or miss. We felt like some things were not seasons as well as they could have been and it was mostly pasta items.
