So, we were not expecting to end up at Olive Garden but I am glad we did. We had an amazing time there. Greeted and seated soon as we walked through the door. It was a nice setting which allowed us to feel relaxed and comfortable. We were sat with a new hire, Ian. I have nothing bad to say about him. For a new hire he was able to complete every want and need we may have had. He was able to also explain to us the items we inquired about on the menu. His manager (I am drawing a blank with her name: sorry. I think it started with a K) made sure she even stopped by to check on us frequently. We started off with calamari as an appetizer. I was a little disappointed they didn't have any honey mustard but I did enjoy the spicy ranch sauce. Says spicy but it was not too spicy. The only thing we did not like was the salad. The bread was hot and fresh. The Chicken & Gnocchi soup was on point. I had the five cheese ziti and I added Italian sausage and chicken. It was all delicious and even better as a leftover. Our server was wonderful, but the food portion I received was extremely disappointing. For the price, the serving was smaller than a child's portion, which is unacceptable. I understand restaurant overhead, but this felt like poor value. I should have ordered a kids meal for half the cost. I also don't recommend ordering from the lunch menu unless you aren't hungry, because you will leave hungry. Very disappointed, Olive Garden. We have been to this location for the first time. Our order for the day was Strawberry Limoncello Margarita made of strawberry syrup, tequila, triple sec and lime juice. The drink was so perfect and tasty. Our appetizer for the day was Shrimp Fritto Misto which is served of over a half pound of shrimp mixed with onions and bell peppers, hand breaded and lightly fried. Served with marinara and spicy ranch. This was my favorite one so far. Our classic entree for the day was Chicken Carbonara which is made with sautéed seasoned chicken, and spaghetti tossed in a creamy sauce with bacon and roasted red peppers. This was a nice dish. The best part of this place is never ending soup, salad and bread sticks. Service was great by our server Chvonne. Great ambiance, but just missing some brightness around our table, looked little dull in the area where we were seated. Ample free parking is available in front of the restaurant. The place is maintained clean and neat. Ending your meal with their complementary mint chocolate is great. Overall a great experience and will be back soon to try more from their awesome menu soon. read more

What happens when you are randomly driving and think about your younger days of competitive eating? You end up at Olive Garden for all you can eat pasta. Going here was reminiscint of my childhood. Just okay food and a good price. My son and I dueled it out and had about three or four plates and my sister had two. We swapped between angel hair pasta, spaghetti, marinara sauce, five cheese sauce, and Alfredo among others. I wish I could leave zero stars My daughter chose this restaurant for her birthday dinner and I called the restaurant weeks in advance to notify them that I was going to have a fairly large party. It was originally going to be 40 people, but ended up being 18 needless to say the restaurant was aware of this large party and told me that I couldn't make a reservation and that it would just be first come first serve, which was fine with me. Upon arrival they were aware of who I was and that I was going to be having a large party. They let me know it was gonna be a 15 to 30 minute wait which was OK and that majority of my party had to be there in order for us to see, which is understandable. The issue arose once we were seated and I noticed that we only had one server for 18 people which, if you work in the food industry, you know you do not give adequate service with that many people and only one server they should have been two or at least a manager assisting the Server in serving us. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and gave the server a chance. The server we had her name was Porsche and from the Gate She had a very unprofessional attitude and seemed like she was unaware of what the steps of service are in order to give great service we ended up missing about half of our drinks. Our appetizers took well over 30 minutes to come out, but we only ordered two of Them and at this point we were the only people in the restaurant at 8/8:30 at night. Needless to say the apps were cold and no accommodation was made for that. Then getting into our meal out of 18 we had 6 kids meal and two adult entrees everything else was soup and salad the main special they advertised took over an hour to come to the table after ordering and once we got our food it was obvious they had been sitting for a long while. When I spoke with the manager Chris B he had the most nonchalant response and didn't do anything to accommodate. Then when it came time for them to bring out my daughter's cake they completely ruined my cake and took no responsibility for it and brushed it off and Porsha lied and said it was like that when she got it when I know I handed them a fully in-tacked cake. When I spoke on it Porsha and her fellow coworkers began making disrespectful remakes towards me and my party. By far the worst experience at any restaurant. Corporate needs to inspect this restaurant and remove the manager and staff that thinks that this kind of service is acceptable. read more

I ordered some chicken scampi along with a another meal for takeout. When I got home, my chickens scampi was so dry and tasteless. So I just ate my salad and breadsticks and said I'll just go tomorrow and ask for the scampi sauce to add to my dry tasteless pasta. The girl who answered the phone was so rude and unaccommodating. All I wanted was some sauce. I thought that was a small ask, but apparently she could only offer me a small scampi sauce and I and if I wanted anything larger, I will have to pay for it in which I stated I've already paid for it when I bought the pasta yesterday. She was rude and condescending and acting like she was doing me a favor. I shouldn't have to pay $20 for food that I cannot eat. Disgusting- it had no taste at all no seasoning and no sauce. Worst experience I've ever had at an Olive Garden, Darden is an amazing company that focuses a lot on training. The server today never got her name, she has no clue what steps of service is, they completely messed up the birthday girls cake and didn't care, we didn't get breadsticks until right before we got our food. It was extremely slow in there, I think the waitress should go to hosting. The manager Chris B, absolutely horrendous clearly only clocks in to get a check and go home. I'm in the industry and don't like to complain but there was zero excuse for tonight at all. Their excuse was they "sent people home" but you knew a large party was coming all night and I counted 3 other servers NO help from them clearly. It's no wonder corporate chains are a dying breed. Lets start with health score of 74. But we gave them a chance anyway. Restaurant was near empty but we agreed to wait 15 minutes for a table. Got seated and waited 20 minutes with no greeting or waitress while people that came after us were being tended to. No staff would make eye contact and there was plenty of staff. The place smelled like bad carpet cleaning. We finally got up and walked away and the staff seemed happy about it. It defies logic. Honestly, I have never had such a bad experience. . I came Friday evening with my sister and cousin. We were from out of town and my sister was craving Olive Garden, lasagna so we swung by to get some. We walked in and the restaurant just smelled bad and it got worse as we walked to our table. Our server was named Amanda and she was okay. The area she took care of was pretty dirty, dust on the surrounding window seals, pictures and when I dropped my phone on the floor there were napkins and trash on the floor. In between the seats were paper straw trash and crayons. Our food came out pretty fast but it wasn't as hot as we would've liked it but it was all tasting the same. This was our first stop for dining in what was to become a 3,600 mile, 12-day road trip. We had driven about 9 hours, were tired, and I must say this Olive Garden made these two weary travelers feel right at home. Bri was our waitress, and she was so pleasant! Treated us like we were her only customers of the day (although she mentioned she had been there for hours.) The food was GREAT - just like we expect from Olive Garden. I have encountered bad service for the 2nd time. The 1st time we sat in the waiting area for 55 minutes while watching a party of two go in front of us over and over which were walk ins just as we were, we told the host then left. The 2nd encounter was today, we walked in and were told we had a 25 minute wait, and that worked out until we got to our table. We sat there for 10, 15,20, then 25 minutes. To be honest I'm a little impatient and I'm working on that but what got me we had waiter after waiter going past our table and no one said give us a moment, nothing. So we got up and told them we were leaving. I don't see this place being open for business in the future if they don't change their way they do business plus I won't be going back there anymore. We arrived at OG at about 5:05pm. We were informed by the hostess that there was only one server, and there would be a 25 min wait. We waited, and several other parties arrived after us. The last couple to arrive before we were seated was able to bypass the line, because the male announced he was going straight back to chat with his friend, the manager. They were quickly assisted. Placed their orders & got their drinks, as we waited an additional 20 min without service. We finally left after seeing we weren't going to be helped, and the manager was continuing his conversation with his pals at their table, paying no attention to us or another person who'd been seated. I am very disappointed at this location. I called in at 9 o'clock to place a pick up order. I was put on hold for 30 minutes when someone finally picked up. They said they're no longer taking orders to go. I proceeded to ask. Why did they say that front of the beginning when I called 30 minutes ago? I came here and didn't expect much after seeing these reviews. However it looks like management might've brought in some new people to try to make this Olive Garden better. The only odd thing was there was about a 20 minute wait despite half the restaurant being empty. Other than that, everything was great. Food came out fast and hot. Marie the manager was very sweet. And our server Xandria was as also great. Also, the Yelp reviews are drastically lower than the Google reviews. Perhaps you Yelpers are just snobby lol. i haven't been to Olive Garden in years so, my boyfriend took me for date night. We were seated immediately by the hostess. The server greeted us in a timely manner. Bread and salad was fresh; iceberg lettuce had a nice crunch but it would've been better w/ dark leafy greens added in for better nutritional value. Anyway, he ordered the shrimp scampi (sorry no pic] and devoured it. Looked amazing! As for myself, i had the 5 cheese baked ziti and added grilled chicken. Olive Garden Don't expect to get fed here. Went to visit on 8/1/2022. Arrived at 6:15pm with a party of 2, hostess seemed friendly and said it would be a 20 minute wait took our name and number. Got a text confirming we were on the list, I checked the list and saw we were 7th on the list. That should have been my first red flag as that would mean they were seating every 3 minutes. 20 minutes goes by and we are not seated, but miraculously the people that are complaining the most seem to get seated next. 40 minutes in, way more than 7 groups have been seated, approximately a dozen parties. That was the second red flag. It's at this point the hostess starts asking parties what order they arrived in. Third red flag. 5 minutes later, total of 45 minutes at this point, the hostess has seated everyone except my party of 2. She looks at us and says it will be another 20-30 minutes... I had no real choice but to leave at this point. I go out to eat regularly (4-5 nights a week) and Olive Garden was my go to chain Italian restaurant but this experience has them completely off the list. read more
