    Meatballs and mashed potatoes

The food itself, not bad. I wasn't a fan of the meatball sauce. I only ordered a side of 3 meatballs and a side of mashed potatoes. The meatballs were done before the mashed potatoes. I had to wait to eat.. my partner had the minestrone soup and salad.

We have been to this location for the first time. Our order for the day was Strawberry Limoncello Margarita made of strawberry syrup, tequila, triple sec and lime juice. The drink was so perfect and tasty. Our appetizer for the day was Shrimp Fritto Misto which is served of over a half pound of shrimp mixed with onions and bell peppers, hand breaded and lightly fried. Served with marinara and spicy ranch. This was my favorite one so far. Our classic entree for the day was Chicken Carbonara which is made with sautéed seasoned chicken, and spaghetti tossed in a creamy sauce with bacon and roasted red peppers. This was a nice dish. The best part of this place is never ending soup, salad and bread sticks. Service was great by our server Chvonne. Great ambiance, but just missing some brightness around our table, looked little dull in the area where we were seated. Ample free parking is available in front of the restaurant. The place is maintained clean and neat. Ending your meal with their complementary mint chocolate is great. Overall a great experience and will be back soon to try more from their awesome menu soon.

What happens when you are randomly driving and think about your younger days of competitive eating? You end up at Olive Garden for all you can eat pasta. Going here was reminiscint of my childhood. Just okay food and a good price. My son and I dueled it out and had about three or four plates and my sister had two. We swapped between angel hair pasta, spaghetti, marinara sauce, five cheese sauce, and Alfredo among others. The service was good and for a moment, a felt like a overly stuffed, full, child again.

I ordered some chicken scampi along with a another meal for takeout. When I got home, my chickens scampi was so dry and tasteless. So I just ate my salad and breadsticks and said I'll just go tomorrow and ask for the scampi sauce to add to my dry tasteless pasta. The girl who answered the phone was so rude and unaccommodating. All I wanted was some sauce. I thought that was a small ask, but apparently she could only offer me a small scampi sauce and I and if I wanted anything larger, I will have to pay for it in which I stated I've already paid for it when I bought the pasta yesterday. She was rude and condescending and acting like she was doing me a favor. I shouldn't have to pay $20 for food that I cannot eat. Disgusting- it had no taste at all no seasoning and no sauce. I Will never order from there again. This pasta is going in the trash, wasted money!! And I tipped - what a waste.

. I came Friday evening with my sister and cousin. We were from out of town and my sister was craving Olive Garden, lasagna so we swung by to get some. We walked in and the restaurant just smelled bad and it got worse as we walked to our table. Our server was named Amanda and she was okay. The area she took care of was pretty dirty, dust on the surrounding window seals, pictures and when I dropped my phone on the floor there were napkins and trash on the floor. In between the seats were paper straw trash and crayons. Our food came out pretty fast but it wasn't as hot as we would've liked it but it was all tasting the same. Unfortunately, because I was from out of town I can't give them another shot to change my mind. If you want basic fast-food Italian come here.

Had an amazing time here. The wait was normal. The staff was very pleasant and my waitress was phenomenal. Our waitress greeted us with a smile. She was very pleasant throughout the duration of our stay. Didn't have to wonder where she was as she checked on us at the right times. The food was moderate. I had the Taste of Italy. My chicken breast looked over cooked. The lasagna looked like it was fit for a kids plate. And, the Alfredo sauce on the fettuccine tasted like nothing at all. The breadsticks and chicken & gnocchi soup were the highlight for me.

This was our first stop for dining in what was to become a 3,600 mile, 12-day road trip. We had driven about 9 hours, were tired, and I must say this Olive Garden made these two weary travelers feel right at home. Bri was our waitress, and she was so pleasant! Treated us like we were her only customers of the day (although she mentioned she had been there for hours.) The food was GREAT - just like we expect from Olive Garden. And as you know, I tend to check out and make mention of the condition of the restroom in my reviews. This men's room was clean and tidy, and our visit was after they had been open for hours! Keep it up Olive Garden!

Great day, This is…read moremy second review for The Italian Oven in Stockbridge ga. I've been back a few times since my first post of EXCELLENT but I had to post on my recent visit . My family and I went to celebrate two birthdays and everything was going great as usual until I got my order of Baby Clams in White Wine Sauce. The first thing that I noticed was a lot less claims than I receive on previous visits. When I tasted it my second thought was, this wasn't the same chief. The meal was almost too salty to eat. I mentioned it to the waitress and she told the chef and the managers. I noticed two of the managers discussing my issue and here's where the biggest problem starts. No one, not the chef , nor either manager addressed me for an apology or anything . I WAS NOT SEEKING A REFUND OR A DISCOUNT, I just wanted to make sure they addressed the matter. Never happened. I was very disappointed . My families meals were on point for the most part and that's all that matters. I still gave the a 4 star !

From the appetizers all the way through dessert, we had a great experience. We started the table off with the risotto balls, fried calamari, and the fried mix plate, along with the complimentary bread they bring to the table. Having several appetizers to pass around was perfect for a group our size and gave everyone a chance to try a little bit of everything before the entrées arrived. For dinner, our table had several different dishes, including the Chicken Parmigiana, Veal Parmigiana, and Combination Plate. The portions were generous, the pasta was plentiful, and both parmigiana dishes came covered with a rich tomato sauce and plenty of melted, nicely browned cheese. This is definitely the type of Italian food you come hungry for! I also finished things off with a cappuccino, which was hot, creamy, frothy, and topped with cinnamon the perfect way to end a big Italian meal. Since we were there for my daughter's birthday, they brought out their fried pizza dough tossed in cinnamon and sugar and drizzled with chocolate syrup. It was warm, crispy, sweet, and something different from the typical birthday dessert. It was also perfect for passing around the table and sharing with everyone. A special mention has to go to our server. Taking care of a party of more than 20 people is a lot to manage, but our server was friendly, helpful, attentive, and funny. That personality really added to the evening and helped make my daughter's birthday celebration even more enjoyable. Overall, The Italian Oven was a great choice for our family celebration. Good appetizers, generous portions, classic Italian comfort food, a fun birthday dessert, and great service, even with a party of over 20.

Even though we usually sit down and enjoy a meal together, we just decided to get something quick. The location is super easy to get to and I've been in the vicinity too many times at Costco Business center and didn't even know this place even existed. Anyways, upon walking in.... The walls, furniture, and everything you can think of has someone's name or nickname written on it. They even began to write on the TV and the owners had to put a sign up saying not to write on the tv. I definitely laughed at that because who in their right mind would write on a tv, buuuuut they did smh. There are two different windows, one to order and one to pick up. I went to the order window and decided upon a steak and cheese with just mayo and lettuce and also an Italian. From the reviews I couldn't decide between the two so I got both lol. And I also got a slice of chocolate cake. The young man who took my order was very nice and we even laughed about how much I ordered.... For myself lol. While waiting for our food, we took a walk over to Burlington. We stayed over there for maybe 10-15mins and then walked back. Our orders were done probably about 5mins after we got back, if that. I sped all the way home because I could just smellllll my steak and cheese through the wrappings lol. Steak and cheese was really good. I would have preferred more meat though and kinda was expecting more because of how big the sandwich was. Like a lot more. But it was seasoned wellll. The Italian on the other hand was extremely salty. I was surprised because everyone talked about how good it was, but the saltiness was too much for me. I ate half of a half and had to discard the rest because I could stand the saltiness. I did eat the whole steak and cheese though. That chocolate cake was bomb though. As someone who bakes cakes all the time, it was nice and moist. It was in the fridge there but it didn't taste refrigerated at alllll. I wish I had gotten two of them instead of the Italian sub, but hey you live and you learn.

I'd be cautious ordering delivery from Carrabba's - Morrow, Ga…read more Multiple items were missing from my delivery order. I reordered after speaking with a manager, and he assured me the order would be corrected, but the second order was still missing the same items he said he would make sure were included. My first delivery order was missing the appetizer, the soup that was supposed to come with the entrée, and the meatballs I paid extra to add to the entrée. The meatballs are an additional charge on top of the cost of the meal, so I had specifically paid extra to have them added. I called the restaurant and spoke with Lewis, a manager, who was very nice and helpful. When I explained what had been missing from the first order, Lewis initially offered to comp a meal for me on a future in-person visit. He also tried to correct the immediate situation and told me that if I reordered, they would include four meatballs, extra sauce/meat sauce, and two soups to make up for what was missing. He told me he'd personally make sure the order went out correctly. Instead of accepting the complimentary meal for another day, I decided it was more important to actually receive the food that had been missing because the order was for my mom at home, who was sick. So I placed and paid for the entire order again. That meant paying for a second delivery order, along with the additional fees that come with using a delivery service. Unfortunately, the second delivery order was also incorrect. There were still NO meatballs, and only one soup was included instead of the two I was told would be sent. I called the restaurant again because I wanted to let Lewis know that the second order had also been incorrect, especially since he had told me he'd personally make sure it went out correctly. Since the second order was also wrong, I also wanted to see if I could now accept the offer Lewis had originally made to provide a complimentary meal for a future in-person visit. I thought I would be speaking with Lewis again, but Manny, the owner, came to the phone and told me Lewis had left for the day. I mentioned the complimentary meal that Lewis had offered twice during my conversation with Manny, but Manny did not address that part of the conversation. Instead, he asked me to send pictures of both receipts to his cell phone to look into it. I don't know what his intention was in asking for them. Maybe he wanted the receipts to investigate the two orders, or maybe he needed them before honoring the earlier offer. However, after I'd already explained the situation multiple times and paid for the order twice, being asked to provide the receipts made me feel like I now had to verify or prove what had happened. As the customer, I wasn't sure why that was necessary. Manny was courteous and gave me his number, and I appreciate that he was willing to look into the situation. However, by that point I had already spent significant time trying to resolve what should have been a simple food order, and being asked to go through the receipts and send additional information after everything else was frustrating. At that point, I was simply tired of dealing with it. On my first call, I had to wait for someone to answer, explain the situation to an employee before speaking with a manager, wait on hold again for the manager, and spend additional time explaining the situation. After paying for and receiving the second incorrect order, I had to call and explain it again. I'm a very busy mom with significant caregiving responsibilities, and I was trying to get out the door while dealing with all of this. The order was for my mom, who was sick that day, which was one of the reasons it mattered to me to actually get the food rather than simply accept a credit. Whether you are a busy parent or simply a busy person, most people do not have time to make repeated phone calls, sit on hold, explain the same situation multiple times, reorder and pay for the same meal again, and then gather and send receipts afterward just to receive the food they originally ordered. My concern is really with the accuracy of the delivery orders coming out of this location. 2 separate orders were incorrect, including the order that was specifically supposed to correct the first one. If you are considering ordering from this location through DoorDash, Uber Eats, or another delivery service, based on my experience I would strongly recommend against it. If you do order delivery, I would at the very least recommend checking your order carefully. My mom said the food itself was good, and both managers I dealt with were pleasant and tried to help. My issue is not with the quality of the food or how I was treated by management. It is that after paying for the order twice and spending so much time trying to correct the first mistake, the second order was still wrong. The experience was extremely frustrating and took far more time and effort to resolve than a delivery order should have.

All of the dishes and drinks we had were top-notch, including: -Garden Snake cocktail -Burrata (would have loved a few more slices of the grilled sourdough bread with it) -Olives (appeared on the specials menu, for something so simple, it really was special) -Fusilli e Scallops -Bucatini alla Bolognese -Carbonara (less eggy and more creamy than I was expecting, and thankfully the peas were not overwhelming... would have loved it with the traditional guanciale versus the pancetta but that's just splitting hairs) -Chicken Parmesan -Chocolate Torte -Ricotta Cake -Limoncello (house-made!) We split the above dishes amongst four people. Our very friendly server recommended that each of us choose a pasta and a main but we are not huge eaters. We did end up ordering a second Chocolate Torte for dessert and in hindsight we should have gotten a second main/protein... they had a pork chop special that would have been incredible. Some of the menu items were unavailable (like the trout and the gelato), not sure if this happens often, but means it's probably better to eat there on the earlier side if you want everything to be available. Our reservation was at 7:45 pm. If I had one nit picky comment, it would be that drinks do take a while to come out, but when you see the amount of craft and creativity that goes into it, you realize why. We ordered a round of mezcal shots and a few minutes later, after we'd consumed them, a server came around with orange slices to accompany it... nice gesture, even if ill timed. The restaurant has a few seating options and we opted to dine indoors, seated in a cozy booth near the hostess stand. We loved how charming the restaurant is, accompanied by equally warm/friendly service. We were catching up with friends we hadn't seen in a while and probably overstayed our welcome (we were "those" people still there while they were starting to clean up) but we never felt like we were being rushed out. You could tell the food was fresh, the orders came fast, and the service was amazing. The fresh in house pasta took everything to the next level. It was the perfect night out. Cons The establishment is intimate so I do not think it would ideal for extra large parties. I had a party of 8 at 8PM but I dont know if they could have accomodated us if it was any earlier during prime dinner time. I wish they had a better parking situation but its not bad and its free. Would I Recommend: Absolutely! I will be returning! No complaints. Follow me here on Yelp and @jessreviewss on Tik Tok/Instagram for more.
