    Spaghetti with Cesar salad

Very efficient system they've got for ordering online/curbside pickup. My friends and I ordered this for dinner to carbo load the night before running the Disney marathon. It's a quick 8 min ride or so off Disney's property and it's surrounded by a whole plaza of other restaurants, gas stations, convenient stores, etc. I give them credit because as we were pulling in to pick up our order, I spotted a Friendly's. If you know me, you know I love Friendly's. I went there after running the race lol. Anywho, the pickup process was super simple. Didn't even have to step a single foot outside the car. They texted us when our order would be ready, we pulled in, and texted saying we're here. We ordered from here twice, and both times our order came out within 5-10 min. Not bad! I ordered the spaghetti with a side Cesar salad. The pasta was fine, maybe since it was takeout that makes it different from eating it in person, but I didn't loveeee the red sauce. The portion was huge so that helped with carbo loading which was nice. Highlight was the salad honestly. Delicious Cesar dressing and it came with fresh lettuce and croutons. I'd come back!

We came in December for a family dinner while visiting Orlando. Most of the others in our party had visited a Carrabba's previously, however this my son's and my first visit. Our service was great. Out server was very friendly and very accommodating. Our drinks did not remain empty for long and he made sure we had as much bread as we wanted. BTW, the bread and olive oil with herbs was my favorite part of the meal. I ordered a trio that came with ravioli, steak and chicken with goat cheese. It came with a soup or salad and I was told there was a polenta soup so I decided to try that. The soup was didn't seem to be polenta, it seemed more like lentils, it was good, even thought I don't normally care for lentiils, but the flavor was nice. The main dish was fine. The steak was under cooked but no biggie. It was very tough so it was probably a good thing it was under cooked. The pasta didn't have much flavor to me and the chicken with the goat cheese and sundried tomato was ok. Honestly, I think for the price it was just OK. I would probably visit Carrabba's again if family wanted to visit, and I would find something else to order. It was okay, but I was not blown away. The service was great though.

Service (Daniel) was outstanding, courteous and patient. Was flexible in providing the options suited for our appetites and likes. The Johny Trio was amazing, the house bread was warm and my wife's all time favorite.

Great Happy Hour!!! Carrabba's is currently offering Happy Hour specials everyday at the bar. Not only are there drink specials, but there are plenty of food specials as well. So even if u don't drink alcohol, u can still enjoy the Happy Hour!!! The plan going in was to order all Happy Hour specials. I didn't know what several things were but when I looked them up, a lot of it was served on some type of bread. So then I considered a regular entree but then decided to stick with the plan. The Calamari, the Mezzaluna Fritte, and the Vegetable Foccacia were all good. Loved the two sauces with the calamari, one of them had a really nice kick. The truffle Cacio e Pepe was okay, it needed a little help, could have been the choice of noodle, it was very dry. Drinks were amazing. They were out of the passion pear spritz which I really wanted, but the Pomegranate Martini definitely didn't disappoint! The Blackberry Sangria was another tasty choice! I didn't get to try the charcuterie board with 2 glasses of wine for $25 but it's a good deal and it looked good. My bar neighbor had ordered it. My other bar neighbor had spaghetti & meatballs which also looked yummy! Idk about the dine-in experience but I would definitely return for another happy hour!!!

The parking wraps arounds and it was very busy and surprisingly finding parking wasn't that bad. When we got into the lobby the wait time was 1hr 15 mins almost 2 hours . They set you up with a text message when the table is ready. We decided to go next door to the souvenir gift shop and wasted some time there and then decided to get back to the car . It was getting closer to time and since at 9pm they stop seating. We were able to walk in and our table was ready. The menu has a lot of different options. We asked the waiter how does it work and they do describe it to you if any questions. We got the cheese sticks to order I would say I wish it was cheesier but it was still good. The house salad with ranch was decent. For my seafood boil I got shrimp headless, snow crab legs, potatoes, sausage , corn. IT WAS THE 10/10!!! I'm not a spicy or a too much seasoning person so I got the garlic butter only. It was very good and had so much butter. For the second round I got calamari , green mussels , corn ,egg, potato. The calamari was so good . And I've never had green mussels and they were delicious! And to finish it off I had a cheesecake for dessert!! Everything was great. It's all you can eat and we definitely enjoyed it to the max! can't wait to come back!! They give you tools just in case if you need it btw!

My family enjoyed theirs as well. Crab bites and sweet potato fries were solid. My only real problem was the service. They have 3-4 different people attending to you. So you don't know who to ask. They did forget things here and there; screwed up orders, but overall the food was the star. Would go back if I am feeling a seafood explosion.

She was super friendly and checked in on us frequently with refills. I wish I could have tried more of the menu, but I went for the Cuban Sandwich and classic Mojito. Therefore, we opted for indoor seating and the delightful air conditioning in today's 97 degree heat. The food was very good. The Jamaican jerk chicken wings are seasoned well. This time, they were slightly dry instead of perfect like last time. The grilled chicken with cilantro-crema, mashed potatoes and corn remains my favorite dish on the menu. Ask for a side of the sauce too; it's that good. The cheeseburger and fries was standard and okay but unremarkable, which means it was perfect for my mom who is a picky eater and not adventurous. Pro-Tip: if you are headed somewhere with a refrigerator, order the full portion of the grilled chicken with cilantro-cream and take one breast and some mashed potatoes home for another meal. The full portion is only $3 more than the light version, but comes with a second piece of chicken breast. Otherwise, save the $3 because one breast is plenty filling. You could also consider sharing the full portion plate to save room (and money) for apps or dessert. We chose the flaming pineapple butter cake for dessert. It arrived piled high with pineapples and vanilla ice cream on the side. When the server lit the sauce then poured it, the flames danced. However, not all the alcohol burns off. The cake was saturated and tasted of alcohol where it was poured. Warning: Check your receipt. We were charged $2.99 for trivia games we did not play and $0.50 extra for cheese when the item ordered was a cheeseburger listed as coming with cheese on the menu for $18.99.

We were a bit concerned about the restaurant being our main option due to the bad/mixed reviews of the food. We decided to do a set menu in order to best present to our dinner guests. Just under a week before our reservation, I called the restaurant to talk to someone about arranging a set menu and was told I would have to speak with the manager, but that he was busy at the moment. From then on, I called multiple times and left voicemails that were not returned, or I was told the manager was busy or in meetings. I even went as far as to see if the hotel phone operator could connect me to a direct line, since the manager was apparently the only one who could help. I finally got the manager on the phone 45 minutes before my reservation, after insisting I wait on the line for him to come to the phone. Suffice it to say, he apologized for the delay, explained that he had been off work for several days, and said that 45 minutes was too short a turnaround to organize the set menu for our dinner guests. The biggest problem, whether he was busy, on PTO, or otherwise, is this: Why was no one else on the front-of-house team equipped with the knowledge and skills to finalize a set menu for our dinner? I have planned these types of small dinners and events my entire career, in different cities across the US and with different types of restaurants -- so I am more than a little surprised at how unprofessional or unprepared this restaurant was. I am leaving this review in hopes of helping other event planners avoid a similar issue -- this restaurant may be more accustomed to tourists or typical diners than corporate reservations.
