i got the spicy vodka rigatoni through doordash and it was not that good. the meat was too salty and portion was not that big.

    Kids burger. Super overcooked.

Super lovely vibe and happy they were able to get us sat down. Our server was super nice and accommodating and overall fantastic. A lot of the reviews mentioned the lack of speed which this place operates that I have to concur with that. It took eons to do everything. There's no such thing as Free bed at this restaurant. $10 for some grilled French so we decided to bypass. My kids got the butter pasta and the kids cheeseburger. The butter pasta was cooked perfectly and it was very very buttery. She liked it. My son's cheeseburger was so overcooked you couldn't even chew the outside. I told him it was his fault for ordering a cheeseburger at a pasta place. But they did put on French bread, which I thought was kind of nice. My husband got the Chicken Farm, which was a wonderful dish. Huge piece of super crispy chicken but it was nice and juicy with just the right amount of sauce. Came with a side of Alfredo rigatoni and was absolutely delicious. Wish I had the guts for a 2200 cal meal because it was worth it. I got the House Bolognese. It was good. Definitely had been cooked for a long time and the noodles were really great bite. But it did come out cold and I had to send it back to get heated up more. The server did tell me that the dish cool is really quickly and I noticed that as well when I got it back, it was piping hot and within two bites it was chilly again. It did kind of give us some Chef Boyardee flavor profiles, but it was fine. Bombolini's were nice and light and pillowy but really needed more sauce or better yet some ice cream. They were... I don't wanna say dry but just very plain. I would come again, but I would manage expectations

I've been here a couple of times now and consider North Italia to be a wonderful spot if you're looking for solid Italian food and a nice ambiance. It's a great spot for nicer work lunches or dinners; and I've taken my parents here for a family dinner as well. I've seen them accommodate larger groups without issue (which is a huge plus); and I've never waited too long to get a table. The food here is consistently good! We've tried a variety of dishes and I've liked them all. I'm partial to the Squid Ink Tonnarelli and my husband likes how their Spicy Rigatoni Vodka is actually spicy. The prices here are a tad higher than other comparable restaurants in the area , but not unreasonable. I would recommend North Italia if you're craving good Italian, a nice atmosphere, and friendly service.

I tried this place for the first time today. The space was clean and quiet, which I really liked. We had the beef carpaccio, the hot honey pizza, and a pasta. Everything was good, simple but well done. The service was good overall, but I do wish our server had been a bit more attentive. I'd be open to coming back for another occasion!

Delizioso! Had our annual sisterhood brunch here and the vibe was fabulous and summery ! We booked a table in advance for magical dining which offers a $40 menu that includes an appetizer, entree and dessert. For starters we engaged in beautiful mocktails & cocktails with one of each appetizer ( we each ordered something to share ). The meatballs were sooooo good I wanted like 3 more . The flavor was hearty and served well. 2 huge meatballs so we cut it up to share. Then ohhhhhhh yessss, here came the banana cake and let me tell you , forget counting calories because it was so good we all ordered one to go ! Entrees came out and our eyes were bigger than our stomachs lol. Portions were large and everything was absolutely perfect. There were no left overs lol. Dessert: we loved the pistachio gelato and mango sorbet , we all said these were great choices and glad we ordered. Our sever was AMAZING! Jill you handle our crazy outgoing , dancing and loud personalities with grace and fun and we than you for providing such amazing service to us. I have added this to my date night and family to go places as it was amazing from beginning to end. It's kid friendly, bathrooms are clean and I liked that there was searing outdoors as well as a large bar seating area that spread from the inside to the outside as well.

Had a wonderful time . The food and drinks were very tasty. The even made shrimp and chicken Alfredo as a request which was not on the menu . It was very good . I loved my short ribs with shells pasta . Our drinks were nice . Old fashion and a margarita . The service was very nice . Our waiter had the kitchen make the shrimp and chicken pasta for my friend . He really enjoyed it . We sat out side on the screened porch and it was very pleasant and not crowded like the inside . It was a very good night .

Yummy hearty food at a super reasonable price. Totally didn't feel like a chain! Max our server was wonderful and helpful. While the place was busy it's airy and large enough to allow for quiet conversations. Really nice vibe!

The restaurant is beautiful: open, spacious, and nicely decorated. I like the dimly lit atmosphere that brings an elevated experience. We sat at the bar during our visit, and our bartenders were friendly and helpful. We ordered some appetizers, meatballs and cacio e pepe arancini. The appetizers were not brought out together, which was disappointing. Then, the meatballs were ice cold and had to be sent back. The actual flavor of the meatballs was okay but not great. They needed a little more flavor. The arancini were really good. We will go back and give it another try soon.

I took my gf here for her birthday dinner. My first impression was how spacious & beautiful the restaurant is. Because we had made a reservation in advance, we were shown to our table quite quickly. We ordered wild shrimp scampi, Spicy Rigatoni Vodka, Prime New York Tagliata, 2 glasses of moscato & tiramisu. Shrimp scampi. You'll see the picture I uploaded - the shrimp was fresh; however, couldn't taste any garlic flavor, quite bland & toast was burnt badly. I didn't know how dare you brought that out LOL. Pasta tasted right, but almost cold. I believe it was sitting for a while waiting for our steak so they can come in the same time. Steak tasted great, just not a fan of the wild arugula. Moscato tasted great. Tiramisu was alright. It was Sat night so it was very busy at the time. Maybe I didn't have a good luck trying this place on the first time. I didn't have that good experience, so I don't see me come back any time soon. My waitress forgot our tiramisu at the end, good thing that someone came in to ask & brought it out for us. We didn't tell them it was my gf birthday, but when they saw her blow out the birthday candles (I prepared it myself because you never know, and I guess I was right), they didn't charge us the tiramisu. I'm very appreciate that!!! But still, it doesn't fix anything because we were so tired of waiting LOL.

Overall it's a great experience and very yummy food. It was a Friday night so we figured it was busy and made a reservation. The parking lot is busy and it's difficult to find a space. However, there is a small parking garage behind the buildings. It wasn't busy when we arrived but it definitely filled up with large parties. We ordered the white truffle bread; meatballs; bolognese; and spicy vodka rigatoni. All were good but portions are smaller than what we have previously experienced. Dessert was my favorite. The hazelnut torte is divine. Service for us was slow (maybe because of the large parties) and very impersonal. While we will come back; it's not ranked high on our list.

North Italia is the perfect place for a nice date night. There is an inside/outside bar that gives the place a very chic feel. The artwork on the walls and dim lighting make this a beautiful place to enjoy a calm conversation with a loved one. The food tastes VERY fresh. And the drinks are delicious. The bartenders are nice and very knowledgeable about the menu.

I've visited North Italia more than 30 times, and I always have an extraordinary experience. I live just 3 minutes away from the restaurant, and honestly, it's one of my favorites in the area. The place is beautiful inside, with modern and cozy décor that makes you feel comfortable as soon as you walk in. The food is spectacular every time I go. From the fresh pastas, which have an authentic and delicious flavor, to the artisanal pizzas that always come out perfectly from the oven. I love trying different dishes from the menu, and I've never been disappointed. They also have very well-crafted cocktails and an excellent selection of wines. The service is another highlight of North Italia. I'm always greeted with kindness and professionalism. The servers know the menu very well and are happy to recommend dishes based on your tastes. You can tell they care about making sure you have a great time. I definitely recommend North Italia, whether for a casual dinner or for special occasions. It's a place that combines excellent food, a great atmosphere, and impeccable service. It's absolutely worth visiting! I will be Back soon

Still 5 stars since I can't bump it up another notch. They have their staples like Chicken Parm, Lasagna, Bolognese, Shrimp Fry Diavolo, Puttanesca , Piccata, Gnocchi, and a variety of delicious pizzas and appetizers. There are too many to name. This restaurant can stand on their own with their standards. Where they stand out is with their specials. The chef here is always innovating and trying some new dishes. They were running a special that allowed us to try several menu items, and most of them were fantastic. The burrata and pasta dishes were standouts. I especially loved the truffle ravioli, purple gnocchi, and lasagna. The mushroom pasta was just okay for me--the pasta itself was thicker than I prefer and a bit too al dente. The desserts were incredible. We tried both the tiramisu and the limoncello cake, and they were easily some of the highlights of the meal. My only complaint from that visit was the coffee service. I was charged extra to make my coffee decaf, which surprised me, and when I asked for cream, I was told they only had steamed milk--which was also an upcharge. It felt like a lot of added cost and complication just to get a simple decaf coffee with cream and sugar, something that's typically included at most restaurants. Second Visit: After a hot day by the pool, I ordered their lemon drink, and it was absolutely delicious--refreshing enough that I'm already trying to figure out how to recreate it for an upcoming bachelorette weekend. I ordered the purple gnocchi again, and it was just as excellent as I remembered. My husband had the lamb, and I ordered the Beef Wellington. The lamb was delicious, though some of the pasta served alongside it was undercooked in a few bites. The Beef Wellington was the biggest disappointment of the evening. The filet itself was cooked perfectly, but the pastry lacked the rich flavor and depth that make a classic Wellington so memorable. We were seated in the back hallway section of the restaurant, which could use a little attention aesthetically. Some updated decor, wallpaper, artwork, or softer window treatments would go a long way. The rest of the restaurant has a lovely ambiance, but this area felt overlooked. Combined with a server who wasn't particularly attentive and the physical distance from the main dining area, it made the experience feel less special than you'd hope for during an expensive date night. We also ordered the same dessert we'd had on our first visit and noticed the portion size was significantly smaller. Lastly, I ordered a Caesar salad and was surprised to find what tasted like bottled dressing and boxed croutons. At a restaurant that clearly puts care into making its own pasta, those details stood out in a disappointing way. Orlando has no shortage of excellent Italian restaurants, and it's often the small touches that separate a good meal from a truly memorable one. Overall, there is a lot to like here. Some dishes are genuinely outstanding, and there are menu items I'd happily return for. But when you're spending hundreds of dollars on a meal, consistency matters--from the ingredients and preparation to the atmosphere and service. Luxury is often found in the details, and tightening up those details would elevate the experience considerably.

I think sometimes that the lack of service has kept me from eating out much, and then I go to Christinis where the service is too-notch. It is old world attentive service, and you can't help but feel special when you go there. Our server this evening was Atilla (sp?) and he has a commanding presence and keeps a close eye on things in an unobtrusive way. It was my birthday and they treated me very well. Okay, let's get to the food. Bread service before the meal was excellent. The bread came with an eggplant sauce that was excellent. They offer butter and olive oil but I say to forego that, and just have the eggplant sauce/dip. We both had the shrimp cocktail, which wasn't the plan. But the shrimp were so large and we hadn't had a shrimp cocktail in a long time, and boy was it good. The shrimp was fresh and as mentioned, very large. We then had a Caesar salad which was good. The cheese was good, but I was surprised that there were no anchovies. We like classic Caesar with anchovies, but the salad was good nonetheless. We split a small portion of the fagottini pasta with pear and Gorgonzola cream sauce. It was the absolute best. It sounds like an odd flavor combo but it works. We both had the veal (their specialty) hubby had the veal picatta. I had the Marsala. Both very good. It came with a polenta fritter that was good, I'm not sure what was inside, it had a nice flavor, maybe pimentos? Even though tiramisu or crème brûlée is usually my go to if having dessert, we went for cannolis for a "lighter" option. Very good as well. The last one the list is ambiance. Beautiful tables, classy elegant restaurant, and tuxedoed waitstaff. Excellent!

My only complaint, and this was super minor, the table space was tight. We had a party of 7 and it felt like we were stacked on top of the other tables. A couple of trips to the bathroom for the kids felt like a task. Once seated, we were fine, but the endless "excuse me's" was inconvenient. Overall, I'm glad we spent the afternoon at Maggiano's. I felt appreciated on my special day.

When asked for pizza recommendations, our phenomenal server recommended…read morethe Pesto & Mortadella (Basil pesto, mortadella, burrata cheese & pistachio) and the Rustichella (Ham, bacon, roasted tomatoes, arugula, mozzarella& pomodoro sauce). I selected the pesto and mortadella because I have never seen mortadella on a pizza outside of my Italy vacation so... lord help me it was delicious. This combo of ingredients was perfection. This was my first time at Tratto and I already have made plans to return. My plans include trying another new-to-me pizza combination but no promises. I might get the pesto and mortadella on repeat for the foreseeable future. The pizzas can be ordered in Thin crust or Detroit style. I ordered my pizza as thin crust which was exceptional and my dining partner ordered a Detroit style with pepperoni and thoroughly enjoyed it. We both had enough leftovers to take home for another meal. This restaurant accepts reservations. The service was attentive and efficient. The restaurant interior ambiance was elegant and modern - Dim and comfortable on a hot and way too sunny day. As for seating, There are 2 outside cafe-style tables but this establishment is mainly an interior dining restaurant. It is attached to the Walmart neighborhood market behind the McDonalds in avalon park so there is plenty of shared parking. Can't wait to return.

I'm usually not a ratatouille girl at all, but THIS one? Whew. The burrata on top took it to another level--creamy, rich, and perfectly balanced. I'd go back just for that alone. Now...the Detroit-style pizza?? Where has this been all my life? We got the Spicy Pepperoni and I'm still thinking about it. The combo of crispy edges, fluffy crust, hot honey, and goat cheese was unreal. At this point, I feel like I need to book a trip to Detroit just to compare lol. We also tried the cheese wheel pasta--flavor-wise it was just okay for me, but the tableside presentation was definitely the highlight. It's one of those dishes you order more for the experience than the taste. Paired everything with a bottle of prosecco, which made the whole night feel a little extra and very much needed. And shoutout to Zack--he was a great waiter. Attentive, friendly, and really helped make the experience smooth from start to finish. Overall, great vibes, solid food, and a fun dining experience. Definitely a spot I'd come back to--especially for that pizza and burrata situation.

As you walk in there's a large bar with a decent amount of seating, and to the right a mix of tables. Take on the limited outdoor seating at your own risk during Florida's storm season. I started with the Sunshine State cocktail. The gin cocktail was a little more lime forward than I prefer, but I'm still a fan! To follow it, I tried the Negroni Bianco. It was on the sweeter side and had a lot of floral flavor. The Bruschette Caprese has so much flavor, I couldn't get place if the tomatoes were marinated, but I loved it! For dinner I couldn't resist the house special, mustard spaghettini. It was creamy, and mustard marinated noodles the perfect balance. As you'd expect with the setting and price point, the service was professional and attentive.

Joey was our server and he was great. My guest was not as adventurous as me, so he got the meatball app which I tried and was excellent. I had the carpaccio and crudo, both excellent. I had the local lager on tap. We each had a personal pizza, I got the spicy selection and it was spicy enough. I loved the petite red peppers on the pizza. Overall it was perfect for our meeting and I would go again while in the neighborhood.

Kind of place that you can wear any attire and would fit right in. The service was great, nothing in particular that stood out as over the top, but it didn't need anything like that. It was just good top to bottom. The menu was diverse enough for all tastes. There was a good variety of steaks, italian, etc. I ended going with the Alfredo, which was absolutely delicious, but I knew I should have went for a dish with more red sauce. The Alfredo sauce was incredible, albeit a little watery. The picture may not show it well, but there was a scoop of it right on top of the chicken, and it was really good. Next time that's what I'm having. The bread and butter were mind blowing though. Something about a garlic butter on a warm piece of bread is so incredibly hard to beat. I did have their "Delmonico's Margarita". Which is just their version of an italian marg. It was enjoyable, but for the price point of $17.95, I was expecting a little more in both taste and size. It was only a few dollars less than my meal. You live and learn with drinks though, can't knock it! Overall, great experience, and absolutely a recommended from me!
