We went to Carrabba's for the first time on Valentine's Day. We did call-ahead seating and arrived right at 5:00 PM. We were seated within about 10 minutes, which was reasonable given the holiday. Service is where things slowed down. We waited about an hour for our appetizer to come out, which felt longer than expected, especially for an early dinner reservation. That said, the food itself was very good. The calamari was excellent, crispy, flavorful, and a great start once it arrived. My girlfriend had the Chicken Marsala and I ordered the Chicken Parmesan. Both dishes were well prepared and tasted great. They were offering a special Valentine's Day menu, but surprisingly one of the dessert options was already unavailable despite it being only 5 PM. That was a bit disappointing. Overall, the food quality was solid and we enjoyed the meal. The service timing wasn't as prompt as we would have liked, but considering it was Valentine's Day, we understand it was likely a busy night. We would still recommend Carrabba's and would give it another try on a less hectic evening. read more

Decided to try this place while staying in the area on vacation. The bread they serve with the spices a must try. Tomato basil soup a must try. Mama Mandola's Sicilian Chicken Soup a must try. This is based on a couple of recent Wine Dinners. First off, my experience overall has been very good for these dinners and for me I think they are a good value for your money. They are good way to taste several different wines and several different food dishes from the menu. The food and wine pairings are put together pretty good. So far for me, all proteins (meat, chicken and shrimp) were seasoned and cooked perfectly--juicy, flavorful, spot-on. Plates looked beautiful and portions were plentiful; nobody leaves hungry. Service was warm and friendly throughout. My only downsides: long waits between courses disrupted the flow, and of all things, the courses that came with pasta seemed to arrived overcooked and mushy--disappointing for an Italian restaurant. I still highly recommend, for the outstanding value and flavorful dishes, served with some delicious wine and the welcoming vibe. Defiantly will be a regular for these wine dinners. read more

We attended one of the wine dinners last night. It was some of the worst food I've ever been served. The salad was boring. Nothing to enjoy. Then they came out with this gnocchi that was awful. I couldn't eat it. No taste, no sauce, hard- just awful. Then they plopped this huge piece of beef down in front of us that no-one could even cut to eat. It was HORRIBLE! The dessert was terrible. Reception staff were very young and did not really even know where they were. Answered questions about Happy Hour and seating incorrectly. We snagged two bar seats. The bartender was first class and worth returning just for the service. Happy Hour is $8 bites and cocktails. We had calabrian wings and bruschetta caprese that were delicious. We tried this location for the first time. We were seated right away for dinner. They start you with fresh bread with olive oil. We ordered calamari for appetizer, and it was pretty good. Service was prompt. We ordered their new dish - Spaghetti Primavera with shrimp, which is tossed in red bell peppers, zucchini, mushrooms, peas, and tomatoes. It is finished with white wine lemon butter sauce and wood grilled shrimps. I found this dish to be very mild in flavor. I wish it tasted better; maybe the lemon butter sauce was too light and the pasta tasted bland to me. We also ordered their chicken parm, which was a lot better. Food quality is huge as you can see from the photos below. I couldn't finish everything. Overall, I liked this location and everything was good. I recommend you give this place a try! read more

Two friends and I celebrated my birthday last night. We had so much fun. The food was on par, but the service was astounding.

Carrabba's at Bell Tower location. Reservations for 5:00 pm. Tables were not set up when we arrived at 5:00. After waiting for the slow employee to set up the tables we sat down and waited for someone to come to our table. After 15 minutes we notified an employee that we would like to order, "Be there in a minute". 20 more minutes passed by, and no one came to take our order. Finally, we got up and left the restaurant. Visiting PCB for the week, I had not been very impressed with the quality of most places we ate. Much to my surprise, my husband had found a Carraba's while searching online and didn't tell me where we were going for dinner, so I was really surprised to see it once we arrived. I have been to 2 other locations close to home, but never imagined there would be one within a short drive from the beach. I have always had a good experience at Carraba's, and this was no exception. The place is clean, the staff friendly, and the food delicious. I always get bread and pasta of course, but I tried the Minestrone this time and loved it. I really wanted Italian tonight, and since I've been seriously ill, my fiancé decided to order some for delivery. We ordered an $18 dollar order of ravioli, a $7 side of fettuccine Alfredo, a $7 appetizer of meatball ricotta, and a cake for 2. What I ended up with was pathetic. The side of fettuccine didn't look like the picture. It was bland and about 1 cup of noodles. The meatball ricotta that looked like it should have two good sized meatballs and cheese was just two mini balls in sauce. MINI BALLS - like 50 cents worth of ground beef! The ravioli was decent, but for 18 dollars, I expected to Have enough to take to work tomorrow. It's not like this place is super fancy smancy. Al in all the value was horrendous and the food was pretty mediocre. Avoid ordering from this place. Actually, just don't unless you like to waste your money. If you want to give away your cash, I'll make this meal for you for less and it will feed your whole family. The only thing good was the cake. read more

We came across this restaurant with such high reviews on google and let me tell you this place did not disappoint!! I ordered the 16oz ribeye steak. Everything was perfect, the meat was so juicy and flavorful. I topped mine with the spicy butter option (free). The mashed potatoes were handmade with real potatoes, very creamy and buttery. I have eaten at Carrabbas for YEARS and I have never ever been asked to pay extra for Alfredo sauce when ordering the fettuccine. I placed a to-go order and simply asked them to provide extra Alfredo sauce on the fettuccine so it wouldn't be dry by the time it got delivered.... Called the restaurant to make this request since it wasn't an available option when ordering online and was told I couldn't have extra sauce because they couldn't charge me for it... I didn't ask for a side of sauce nor did I ask for it for free... simply told, sorry no can do, because we can't charge for it. What a joke. Customer service clearly doesn't exist anymore... the bottom dollar is all that matters to Carrabbas. Not to mention... we ordered over $100 worth of food. read more

This place was a breath of fresh air. Great food and amazing service!! I was nervous having celiac being able to eat gluten-free at an Italian place. They were amazing. My oldest is in the back seat with a vomit bag and the rest of us are praying he doesn't lose it because we all might lose the bite or two we ingested. Everything tasted off. When we entered I got a table in no time flat. And got a sweet tea the sweet tea was good the first time but the second time it was a bit more watered down. For food I got a house salad with some special sauce stuff that they put on it and it tasted like Olive Garden sauce but with no aftertaste. And then my spaghetti arrived while I was eating my salad. My first visit to Carabbas in a long, long time was a major disappointment. The food, the atmosphere, even the service were off a far cry from what I remember in the past. I used to go to the original location on Kirby in Houston. It was only three blocks from where I lived. It was a top-notch, special occasion type of place. They did everything to Carrabba's perfection. Our great server Kimoy brought plenty of herbs and oil. That is something that is half the reason I'm here. The the salad was plentiful and and a lot of the house dressing. Sometimes i have to ask for extra dressing. Then the Marsala chicken had plenty of sauce. Everything was great. When you live in the middle of nowhere and the closest Carrabbas is 4 hours away, when you finally get to your favorite dish at a chain restaurant, it's the little things that are nice. read more
