I had a bad experience at this restaurant, the food was cold (certain dishes) the dishes they served the food on were not clean and Iwas contacted by the Manager Caesar of the restaurant, after contacting the Corporate office he said he would send me out 2 cards for free meals I spoke with him on the phone, a few days later by mail I only received one card, called the store and he lied saying I told you one. I spent nearly $50. Bonefish Grill located at 4651 W. Kenosha Street in Broken Arrow, OK will never see another dime of my money and I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone, service is not professional at all. I used to love Bonefish but it has been quite awhile and it was quite an eye opener. The filet thermidor with the crab and sauce on top - at least the filet was tender and cooked proper but there wasn't nearly enough of the topping. Garlic mashed and broccoli were good. The bang bang shrimp were the greatest let down because I remember a super unique sauce on them but now it's a very generic spicy remoulade sauce. read more

Dan and I stopped here for lunch a few months ago and really enjoyed it. We had dinner here tonight with friends on the way to a concert and it was a whole different story. First, the drinks didn't come until we had finished our appetizers. We had to ask about them. The martinis were warm indicating they had been sitting. The server said they just put ice in the glasses to chill the glasses. Someone in our group said, "What? No shake and no stir?" She brought us some more which were cooler but not like I like them. It took long enough that we started drinking the warm martinis. I ordered the chicken Lilly. The chicken was overcooked and dry. I didn't eat it. The mashed potatoes were instant potatoes. I didn't eat them either. I ate the side salad and some of the goat cheese on top of the overcooked chicken. My husband got fried shrimp which was ok but not wonderful. Our check came to $83:31. We had planned to eat at a different restaurant but it had a long wait, and we wouldn't have made the concert. There was no wait here and it's easy to understand why. Laura, our server, was delightful. Service overall was very good. The food was delicious, the medium 7-oz. sirloin was very tender. We split the Sirloin and Shrimp but I am not a shrimp fan. However, my husband does and said they were delicious. Pesto is my happy place and with the warm bread it was amazing. The side salads were fresh, and the vinaigrette was very good. Now, if you love chocolate, I recommend the chocolate crème brûlée, but it was richer than the traditional version which I prefer. The bit of whipped cream helped smooth out the intense chocolate flavor. I have tried a smoked old fashioned and have to say I'm sticking with my old standby dirty martini. But when I returned, the manager apologized. And I realized I was very glad they called. The pumpkin ravioli was the reason I even made the order. And I'm glad they realized their mistake and called me before I got too far. Thank you. Pros: their fall menu is my favorite. I usually get the swordfish, pumpkin ravioli, veggies, crab corn chowder, and seafood dip. Love it all. To go orders, get complimentary bread with olive oil. When you dine in, try the cinnamon Apple martini. Really good. I only come during their off peak times. Much calmer that way. My coworker is excited. I'm not crazy into salads, because it's like chewing on grass...but "this" salad, was darn good!! Corn Chowder & Lump Crab Soup was the perfect comfort soup for Fall, and Delicious! Came for lunch and sat in the lounge area. The bartender Chase was our server. We ordered a cheeseburger, the tuna poke and iced waters. The burger was 1/2 a pound and piled high with cheese, lettuce, tomato and a special sauce and came with fries. Best burger I have had in a long time! Loved the fries, just the right amount of them and sprinkled with sea salt. The Tuna poke was tasted fresh and was very flavorful. Booth seating is very uncomfortable..way too small space for bigger than average people..We had Grilled Oysters appetizer..They were not served right..the Oysters were tiny and they were not cut from the shell..could hardly even get a small bite from each..poor choice. Had a great very, very long lunch with my son and best girlfriend. We were celebrating her birthday. Our waiter. I think primarily works in the bar, but he disappeared so many times, our lunch that I thought would last an hour lasted well over an hour and a half. We went today for lunch today. The prices were very high for lunch. The bacon mac and cheese and the shrimp and scallop pasta were literally inedible. My 18 year old son who will eat anything couldn't even eat it. The fish tacos had a bland cold fish on them and were barely edible. The only things that were average and I could enjoy somewhat was the bread and the bang bang shrimp. The waiter was very friendly yet slow for there only being a few people in the whole restaurant. Hubby liked his fish/chips but said he wouldn't rush back for it. I know things change, but the Coppola Director's Chard did not seem as "oaky, buttery" as before. Okay, but not Wowy! My parents live in Tulsa so many times I door dash items for them since I don't live in the state. We've been to the restaurant physically once or twice. Today making it a third time. The first time we visited, while the service was lacking, my mom raved about the Chilean sea bass which is rare since she doesn't rave about anything. From there I'd continually DoorDash Chilean sea bass for birthdays, mother's days, etc. It never disappoints. Until recently. For Mother's Day 2023, when I DoorDashed the Chilean sea bass it wasn't cooked thoroughly. My mom ended up having to microwave it several minutes. Thinking this was a one time fluke, I didn't report it and left it alone. I took my parents again tonight, assuring my mom what happened in May had to have been a one off day and in person dining would have no issues. We ordered the Chilean sea bass, scallop and shrimp skewers, filet and lobster tail, mussels and calamari. When the Chilean sea bass arrived, it was once again not cooked thoroughly and there was no way to even cut it. My mom told me she would just microwave it at home. I refused and I told the server. They took it back to the kitchen to recook it. When it came back to the table the top half was flakey while the bottom half was still undercooked. The manager came by to see how things were and we reported the issue. The manager assured he already took it off the bill and while this was a kind gesture we were still disappointed. This was a staple for my mom but now I'm not sure if she will be willing to eat here again. While $40 dollars for a piece of Chilean sea bass isn't extremely expensive, we do at least expect it to be fully cooked. read more

The Mac n cheese was just ok for a side but sadly it was the bigger piece of the meal. The crab dip was pretty darn legit but coulda used something... maybe some Parmesan or something... they comped the salmon but sadly it wasn't a great experience.. we will come back again to try some of the suggestions and see if it is better. read more
