Winsor responded promptly to my voicemail inquiry to set up a time to come out and measure for an estimate. He was quick and efficient and complimented the tile guy's work--plumb all around. We obtained quotes from several companies for the door, and Interior Glass's was the lowest (which I was hoping for, since Winsor had made such a great impression). We set up an install date and paid the initial deposit online after receiving an e-mailed invoice. It was quick and easy. Winsor notified us as soon as the glass arrived from the manufacturer, and the install by Winsor and one of his teammates was smooth and fast. They ordered our new windshield right after we contacted them after the incident. They took our Jeep into the garage immediately upon our arrival because the windshield was pretty well destroyed. Everyone who works there was very helpful. We were back on the road at 2:30pm to continue our journey north. Safe Lite wanted us to wait two days for the repair. Being stuck on 95 was not fun with cell service very limited. I thank all the employees at Virginia Auto Glass for their great service.

terrible service i should've just went by what the bad reviews said but i was going on the good…read moreones since there more good than bad it seem. i set my appt for 8AM on a friday. i reached out to him 15 minutes before the appointment start date and he responded saying he left 15 minutes ago and that he knocked on the door but nobody answered. he did not come because i was up and no one knocked on the door. i also checked my security camera for the front door and no one showered up so he lied about even coming. but why some one come 30 minutes before the appoint anyway with no heads up? . just bad business honestly seem almost like a scam bc we never communicated over the phone the guy only wanted to text, probably would of did a bang up job and kept my money glad he didn't come
