Since we were "hiding" the car here in FW because they wanted to surprise her, I was given the job of getting the tint. I drove by and told them our problem and problem solved! Eric said he would arrive in about an hour but showed up roughly three hours late. He checked the cameras only after he had already attached all of them with adhesive. He should have verified the live view on the app before permanently sticking them down. Problems I found afterward: * Rear camera is mounted upside-down and left/right flipped * Front camera is not centered and needs to be moved more to the middle I contacted him about the issues and he said he would check the schedule. After that, he ghosted. For a $250 three-camera job, checking orientation and positioning on the app before using adhesive should be basic procedure. I ended up having to correct the problems myself. Would not recommend.

Along with a full repaint, there were a number of small to medium maintenance things that needed doing, re surfacing the interior ceiling with new cloth, fixing some minor body issues, polishing and clearing up my head lamps. It was a lot of work, and took about a month - but when I got my car back on the other end I almost didn't recognize it. Instead of advice on running boards he immediately went into a long sermon about MAGA politics. Also said he wasn't aware that VW still made the microbuses. I said mine is right out there and he sneered and said, "kinda hard to miss, ain't it." Things went downhill from there as he started in with his criticisms of government from an extremist Maga viewpoint, that windmill blades are running the planet ("Them Chinese melt down the old blades and dump them in the ocean), how the past presidents have let all of "those people," and so much more. No real help and loads of insults. My advice: look elsewhere for your retrofit needs.
