Myranda is the best. I had to sell a property in the Phoenix area, but I live in California. She literally took care of everything. She arranged for a handyman to repair bits and pieces, a landscaper to clean up the back yard, a cleaner to give the interior and driveway a deep cleaning, etc. She kept immaculate records of every transaction, and was very responsive to every question and concern i had. When I had difficulties dealing with an inept title company, she played interference and made sure all of the title company's communications were correct before they reached me.
