Going in and finding exactly what I wanted made the shopping spree more than wonderful. The store was clean and the product in the section I was in, needed a lot of attention, however I did manage to find something at an awesome price. After picking out my treasured piece, I looked around the store for a few minutes more and then I headed over to the cashier where the service I received got better and better and better. SERVICE* So in reality, the service was GOOD because I found the container store. That's having a store available in the town I was visiting. The service got BETTER because they had what I needed, at a reasonable price and it's availability. The service was at its BEST when I checked out and paid less at check out and, not only that, I'm excited now.... The cashier left me dumbfounded when she put a Bed, Bath, & Beyond (BB&B) coupon in my bag. I was literally like, what's this. What's happening, what's going on. And then she told me that The Container Store will be stocking BB&B products in the store really soon. TOUCHDOWN!! IYKYK if you didn't, NYK! I just made that last part up to keep the acronyms flowing. It's Now You Know. But in all seriousness, I can't wait to get back to shopping here. And having a plus one that is so willing and patient felt surreal. Hands down, they gave me two good reasons to... Inspire more, Yelp more!

Home Depot subs out to V-Lonne for Window treatment installs. Igor from V-Lonne showed up quickly…read moreand did his measurements, he was very nice guy. However, once the blinds had arrived V-Lonne couldn't get in to install them for almost a month. They also had a scheduling problem with a worker and had to cancel our appointment after my wife had taken off of work to meet them, after waiting for a month. Overall they are nice people, and very good and efficient at what they do. But the long wait times for an install and then the cancellation just knocked it down a touch. The person on the phone was apologetic and they tried to get in ASAP after the cancellation, which was good. Happy overall, good company!

Glenn gave us 3-4 choices (he had 100s to chose from) so we weren't overwhelmed. Glenn stopped by our house to check our measurements (he wouldn't trust mine until he verified them himself). Installation was great. Three guys who knew what they were doing and who cut up the old carpeting (saving me a piece which I asked them to do). They came on time and worked continuously until finished. I am very happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Floor Decor recently installed new laminate flooring in my home, and the installers, Don, Paul, and Dylan were excellent workmen and did a beautiful job. Before going to the store, I used the "In Home Room Visualizer," which I accessed on Floor Decor's web site. So helpful in seeing how the new floor would look. Once in the store, Craig was knowledgeable about the products and helpful in making the final decision. Highly recommend!

I asked him for my deposit back because I changed my mind. This man was one of the reasons why my time going to his store was wasted, thus him not giving my deposit back to me. There are plenty of other business to choose from that are far better than this terrible place along with customer service. Beware every one of this place.
