I consider myself a regular at Carson Burgers. Since I worked less than five minutes away for about four years, Carson Burgers was an office favorite. We were serious about lunch, we even had a menu binder alphabetized and sectioned by type of cuisine. I've ordered everything from salads to burgers and I can say that Carson Burgers never disappoints! I recommend their bacon breakfast burrito, which is big enough for two to share..the cheese is so ooey goey and delicious. I think they have changed management in the last couple years, but a few of the cooks remain the same and that's what matters because the food still tastes great. Although I no longer work nearby my boyfriend does, and I hate to admit he goes about once a week or two. He's a picky eater, but also never had a bad experience. First off, I agree with the reviews that mention the lady who needs a little more training on how to be friendly and welcoming to customers. The 5 star rating is because we love what we get for the price. We have come here for years, and we have fond memories of this eatery. The food is not gourmet, but it is what you expect from a burger stop. Their $9 teriyaki "bowl" is actually enough to feed a 2-3 people. The burgers are charbroiled and taste good. For the money that you pay, you get a good deal here. But the service from the "not so nice" lady at the window should be addressed. She is a bit terse, and often times gets our order wrong. I order it, no problem and it was the best lettuce wrapped burger I've had in a while. Even the iceberg lettuce was super crisp, the onion was tangy and the avocado was perfectly ripe. I wanted to share my experience at Carson Burger. I first must say that i have a medical disability that doesn't allow me to have my face covered. Its a nightmare to have to speak to it all day every day so the multiple times i have entered this establishment i just pulled my shirt over my face to order and wait outside. It was never a problem until today when i was told by this rude, dumpy little fat girl at the counter that looked as if she doubled up on meals and quit showering g all together that i needed a mask. At this establishment you'll find a drive through intercom that barley works and Iron bars at actual drive though window. If you by chance happen to look past that you'll notice the kitchen has a trash can directly in the middle of it with no cover. Awaiting the drive through window you'll find a women who constantly wears iPhone ear pods. Must be nice to work at place so lenient on work ethic and procedures. But the fun doesn't stop at Carson Burgers. Get ready to pay an extra 50 cents for condiments ( ketchup and ranch included) with no napkins. It just gets better. the floor looks like it's never been cleaned and employees always look lost until you stop at the window. But hey they got hats. Having said that Carson burger has its charm with a Convenient location. And some decent food that can hit the spot. Pot holes in the parking lot and a pay phone from the last century.
