So I decided to just go in and buy it. Same dog and pony show. I said, please, just let me pay for the belt (as I needed it ASAP). He let me buy it and then stormed off into the back with a profanity laced, "It's not my___ fault if it ___ doesn't ____ work. NO RETURNS." It worked. It cost 4 times as much as the exact same brand and size on the internet. I will NEVER step foot in that store again. Ask the locals. Ask the guys next door at ACE hardware. With the first appt, she called the day b4 and said they were having van problems. I rescheduled the Monday at 0900. My husband and I moved furniture and waited. After waiting for awhile, I called Kinneys to ask what was happening. She denied calling me last week, did not have me scheduled for this morning. She was vague and wishy-washy but said that she would schedule me for today. I just called back after finding someone else and cancelled with Kinneys. Very disappointing.
