Throughout the entire process, Kendal kept me informed every step of the way regarding my vehicle. The original estimate stated that the repairs would take about 10 days, but due to vendor-related delays, it ended up taking much longer. I'll admit that there were moments when I questioned whether the reasons for the delays were accurate, but Kendal's professionalism, patience, and consistent communication always reassured me. I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt, and I'm glad I did. Hendrick Collision is fortunate to have Kendal handling customer communications. She has a unique ability to calm frustrated clients, make them feel heard, and provide reassurance during a stressful situation. A little background: I brought my vehicle to Hendrick Collision on June 23, as recommended by USAA, after a 60-mph windstorm on June 22 shattered my moonroof and cracked my windshield. Unfortunately, I didn't get my vehicle back until July 15. Under normal circumstances, I probably would have been extremely upset by such a long delay. However, because of Kendal's outstanding customer service, frequent updates, and caring approach, my experience remained positive despite the setbacks. Hendrick is truly lucky to have her on the team. She is an absolute gem, and I hope the company recognizes the value she brings to its customers every day.
