I'll admit that there were moments when I questioned whether the reasons for the delays were accurate, but Kendal's professionalism, patience, and consistent communication always reassured me. I chose to give her the benefit of the doubt, and I'm glad I did. Hendrick Collision is fortunate to have Kendal handling customer communications. She has a unique ability to calm frustrated clients, make them feel heard, and provide reassurance during a stressful situation. A little background: I brought my vehicle to Hendrick Collision on June 23, as recommended by USAA, after a 60-mph windstorm on June 22 shattered my moonroof and cracked my windshield. Unfortunately, I didn't get my vehicle back until July 15. Under normal circumstances, I probably would have been extremely upset by such a long delay. However, because of Kendal's outstanding customer service, frequent updates, and caring approach, my experience remained positive despite the setbacks. I always seek to use independent collision shops to avoid the nickel and diming by insurance companies. Their work is typically better and they don't cut corners with parts and craftmanship. County Line proved to be no exception to this. Bubba and his team were extremely patient while I did battle with State Farm to have the car fixed. It sat, stored in the County Line facility, for weeks while Bubba, the shop owner, and I coordinated with a less-than-willing insurance company. Bubba was patient, thoughtful and a great resource in assisting me with the claim process. Once the actual repairs were underway, the shop was proactive and communicative about any COVID-related parts delays and general timelines for completion. While the timelines were protracted due to the pandemic, my girlfriend and I couldn't have been more pleased with the outcome. The quality of the body and paintwork was excellent. I dare say the car was returned to us looking better than it did before the accident. Bubba and his team even went as far as to take care of some unrelated blemishes on the car to return it to top-notch form. I'd give these guys 6 stars if it were an option.
