They also took the time to explain things for a second time after having just spoken with my husband earlier on the phone. They made time to fix a minor problem, the air conditioning. On the way out we talked to two of the mechanics, wishing us a Happy Thanksgiving, and learned they also checked all of the cars fluids and made sure they were taken care of. I got in there at 2:15 and Johanna looked at my car right away, went and got Miguel, and Miguel immediately fixed the thing in about five minutes. It is now working as good as new. He refused to take a payment even though I insisted. I had tried to do it myself but it wasn't staying on, so I was prepared to pay a reasonable amount even for a simple fix like this. Even though it didn't take much time, he would have been within his rights to charge me, and I insisted on paying more than once. I will be going back here for any auto body work I need in the future, and I will be telling everyone I know to do the same. These are good people running an honest business.

It was bad enough someone hit my car. They called the rental place ( enterprise) and they provided a ride to the rental place. My car was done in 5 days, and I got a call from them to come get it. I loved how inviting and friendly the people are and I felt like I had no worries of getting it fixed. If I had any questions they'd respond to my call super quick and explain in detail what is delaying and what they are doing to fix it. I also was surprised how clean my car was when I got it back! I didn't know that was a thing they did and I honestly feel bad because my car was so dirty before.
