I decided to take the car to Doctor Dent in North Royalton. Chris Shreve who is the owner of this Doctor Dent worked on my claim with me. He handled everything with the insurance company and did a fantastic job of repairing my car. When I went there to pick it up I was extremely happy regarding how the car looked. The color was a perfect match With the original color on her car, Chris and his team did a fantastic job. The customer service is awesome and the work they do is even better. I highly recommend taking your car there if you need auto body repair work.

The day I picked it up, the new fenders light bulb was broken off inside the lens not working, the fender wasn't in line with the door and hood, the door had fish eyes in the clear and a buffer burn. I made another appointment to get these fixed which they did, no charge. Again, I had to pay for another rental car for three days though. While it was there I decided to have them replace the seat bottom foam and cover I had bought at the jeep dealership. I picked the jeep up discovering that upon reinstalling the seat, they poked a hole in the new oem jeep 600.00 seat cover and scratched both the door panel and sil plate with the metal seat track. Also, the air bag light was illuminated on the dash. They agreed to purchase a new door panel and sil plate, but the cover is no longer available. I suggested they repair the old one for me to have as a spare and leave the new one on with a hole for fear of more damage. That would not be anywhere close to the cost of buying a new one. It took several phone calls, stop ins and emails to get those parts from them. After many many months of the seat cover being at the shop, with the owner saying it would get repaired after I stopped to see, I gave up and picked up the unrepaired seat bottom cover, now covered in dust and dirt. Chapter closed at least. I don't just leave negative reviews, it's not my thing but I have never had to call, email and stop in a place of business so many times to get something fixed, yet not completely. This was an extremely unprofessional transaction. Each time there were easily seen things wrong. I understand things happen, but this was all in lack of quality control, honesty and follow through.

My daughter then took her vehicle here to get a quote and her vehicle was fixed within a week for a very fair price. I have only kind words to say about this business and all of their employees. Everyone were very friendly, polite and clearly knowledgeable of how to do a wonderful job from start to finish. "Unbelievably bad service", should be the description of what this shop does. I took my car in to…read morehave two audio amps installed, the guy working there charged more than another shop would have to do the same work but he could get me in sooner than other shops. I left him specific written instructions and details of my equipment that was to be installed, along with my verbal instructions of what I needed done. The installer wired the two amps up and left them unsecured to the car, so they were just sliding around in the car. He also left the wire that turns one of the amps on disconnected. He left a whole lot of copper wire stands all around the amps, as if he were trying to cause a short on purpose in my equipment. He broke a clip that secures the facing around my radio head unit in the dashboard. He left my microphone disconnected from the radio, resulting in people not being able to hear me while using my phone when connected to my radio. He also cut my seat belt harness cable on my driver's seat all the way through very neatly, leaving the heat Shrink plastic around it somewhat in tact to slightly hold it in place. That by itself is going to be at least $150-$250 to have replaced. My advice is to keep your car away from this shop if you value your car. There's a good chance that whatever work you want done will not be done properly, that you'll be overcharged for the work, other equipment in your car will be broken, and you'll be here writing about what horrendous things happened to your car. On a good note, the installer sounded professional and was polite, before he turned into Mayham. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS AUTO SHOP.. Oh, almost forgot, there's a dent now in the door area that's visible when the car door is opened, I believe the installer may have mental problems. There are better shops to have your work you need done properly done.

The shop manager told me that even though I would be paying the same hourly rate as other smaller jobs, he did not want to have his staff do it because it was too hard. He said that he would rather do a bunch of smaller jobs such as brakes and oil changes than one large larger job even though the pay would be the same. This doesn't make any sense to me at all. He indicated that he was too poorly staffed, lacking Talent to complete larger jobs. The manager was engaging and was polite, but at the same time, dogmatic and insulting to a degree. Not recommended, keep on looking for a shop that is not afraid of your car. I wouldn't be surprised if they come on here and try to turn this around and state some positive things about their business in an effort to use it as free, marketing or advertising, but, enter at your own risk. Is there anything less than one star?

They even detailed the engine compartment. My great Pyrenees rides in my car and they got every spec of dog hair. I felt bad for the detailed. I also recommend them to just detailed your car.
