He was very thorough about telling me about his diagnoses and explaining what he was going to do/did. When he completed the work, he cleaned up the debris that had fallen when he repaired my circuit breaker box. His attention to detail and cleaning up after himself are signs of elite contractors. He diagnosed the problem - some hack wire-splice job done on the fan motor itself that fried it. He got a replacement motor quickly and replaced it to ensure that it would last without compromising its functionality.
