I had to leave and didn't get to shop at all. I get it's probably her break time so I do think it's the store's responsibility to hire enough people to accommodate customers. Also, when they put up a sign that they will be back in 30 minutes, most customers won't know if that was put up five minutes ago or 28 minutes ago. It's not helpful at all.

The employees have been polite and friendly each time I have been here, and the entire atmosphere of this Goodwill is leaps and bounds better than others in the county. They have a huge selection of clothes too, and they are spread out and organized well. I probably visit this location a few times a month and their inventory is rotated or updated too, which I appreciate. What with the state of the economy as it presently is, why not support local. I don't know if someone new is running the place but all the employees are busy cleaning around and bringing fresh inventory to the floor. It's always exciting to see all the treasures you can find. Some are priced high but if you look around you can find hidden gems for a bargain. Kudos to Aidan who is by far the friendliest, helpful and nicest guy helping you check out.
