    If I could give 0 stars... I would…read more My experience at this store was appalling. The manager and two employees were extremely rude and dismissive. When I tried to express my concerns to the manager about the way one of her employees had spoken to me, she barely made eye contact and brushed me off with a muttered "okay" before continuing about her business... no apology, no interest, no accountability. Nothing. As I turned to leave, I overheard her tell the cashier that it's okay to speak to customers like that. So I returned to the register, handed back my items, and said I wouldn't be shopping at a place that treats people this way. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the issue, the cashier chimed in, and stated "I don't like your attitude". Then the manager finally lifted her head to say something to me stating that I was the one who was being rude. While doing the return the cashier was the one being rude to me and she visibly frustrated when she was asking me for my email, name, and last name for the return. It felt like the entire team tried to gang up against me. I had been nothing but polite from the moment I walked in, asking for help respectfully, thanking staff, and even apologizing if I was in anyone's way. The real issue started at the fitting room, where the employee got visibly irritated and snapped at me and the person I was with for standing in the "wrong" spot and stating we were in her way. She was the one who told the person I was with to sit where she was sitting! I was simply trying on clothes and showing it to her. I also witnessed the employee speaking to another customer with the same rude tone, which is why I initially tried to bring it to the manager's attention. I also told the manager that I understand things may get busy but there's a way to convey your message to customers. This store clearly doesn't take customer feedback seriously and has no respect for shoppers. I hate to bring race into this, but we were the only other Asian customers in the store at the time... and given how differently we were treated, it's hard not to feel that this played a role in how we were spoken to and dismissed. Disappointed and disgusted. Do better.

Lack of customer service and employees who do not care. It's just a job and clock in hours. Will take my business elsewhere. Stick with Manhattan or Long Island. Better service there. Loft has good quality merchandise. This store do not even want your business.

I joined their rewards program because I know I'll be a regular customer. For getting a 96 on a math exam and being overall a good student, I said I'd reward her with ONE item. She pushed for two and we finally took the one item to the front and they offered 50% off the second item, so yes, I caved and got the second item. They also have a buy three get three offer. Beware, you will never be able to buy one thing here. The store's got their tween demographic on lock. The cutietos in their own blanket burrito are mega cute though. I want one. Many thanks to the store associate, Elaine, for being patient and super friendly. We went through the entire store looking for stuff for our girls and sales or deals. Jo knew they started selling Disney ears so the goal was to check that out. Ended up with two pairs! (For her kid, so she says). ;-) I also grabbed a few accessories for my daughter..."best friends" charm necklace for her buddy, a crown/pearl tiara design headband and magnetic earrings. Seems like a cool idea for a hot minute, jury's still out on the earrings. Will let you know. Elaine showed us the birthday party package and sounds like a great idea. Will investigate further when the time comes. There are themes and extra favors to add to the already reasonably priced package. I grew up going to a Claire's in my local neighborhood so it's cool that they still sell fun accessories for kids through teens. Their prices are still very affordable and they carry trendy trinkets. Great store for all things accessories.

    Such a great place to buy essential baby stuff like car seat and stroller(s)…read more They have a great customer service. Ray was wonderful. She gave us her advice about the stroller we've been eyeing for quite sometime. I mean it's a great stroller but our friends gifted us the uppababy mesa and will not fit in that particular brand of stroller. So we got 3 strollers to choose from- the UB Vista, Cruz and the Minu. She didn't upsell us and just let us buy the Vista.... She gave us time to inspect and feel the strollers ourselves before deciding which one to get. We wanted to invest in a stroller that our child can use for around 3-4years, so we got the Uppababy Cruz. I am happy with my shopping experience at Bebeang and this is one of the reasons I like and support small businesses. They listen and care about your needs. We will definitely recommend this store to our friends and family.

The carrier failed to deliver it to the correct package room. I reached out multiple times via email and only received one response--with no follow-up or resolution. Since then, I have been completely ignored regardless how MMA any times I followed up with them. It is so frustrating to be left without my order and without any real support. A single reply is not enough when your delivery process fails. I will not order again.
