The long-haired guy working at the Fargo location had no clue what he was doing and just kept denying that anything was incorrect -- the only thing he could say is "yeah this is what happens with rentals and it fits fine to me. Why would anyone choose to rent if that was said upfront. Pants were 2 inches too short, suit jacket was not fitting right, everything came with bow ties instead of regular ties etc. They then refitted the groom to have the new tux and pants ready two days before the wedding... And of course we came back and the pants were still 3 inches too short. We then had to beg them to find something else right then and there because we had to travel to where the wedding was being held. Everything ended up working out and things fitted for the day of the event, but all in all we had a very poor experience!

After I got it home and took it out to try on with accessories and shoes I realized that they had not removed the security tag. I called the first day and explain the situation as I lived 200 miles away, 400 mi round trip. I was told to take a big magnet and try and get the security tag to release. After utilizing several big magnets with no success I called back the next day. I was then instructed to take it to one of our local stores and see if they could get it removed. A shout out to TJ Maxx as they tried diligently to get the tag to remove. Unfortunately that was also unsuccessful. I called back a third day and explain the situation. I have left my contact information each time I called for one of the managers to call me and see what my options are. I have yet to receive a call 4 days later. I need the dress for next week. I finally called the online customer service. I had to repurchase the dress and have it express shipped to me, they did cover the express shipping. I also have to box up the current dress and ship it back to the Macy's store in Fargo. All of this has been very time-consuming and I've wasted lunch hours trying to clear this up. I find it very disappointing that no one could call me back from the local store. At this point you think they could have given me a little bit of a discount but nothing at all.
