She asked if I needed any help but I told her I was just browsing so she left me be. This store has some great deals for kids clothing but some are also I think high in price too. While I was there, I also overheard another customer politely trying to exchange a defective item, and she was told it couldn't be accepted because it was also past 30 days. Seeing that made the experience even more frustrating. A strict return policy like this may save the company money in the short term, but it also risks driving away loyal customers. There are many retailers with more customer-friendly return policies, especially when items are new with tags or defective. Unfortunately, this experience has changed my opinion of shopping here. I won't be returning to this location, and I'll be taking my business to stores that stand behind their products and value long-term customer relationships.

This place is like one of those drift store because it just looks like a warehouse with less lighting but a lot of clothing inside. I looked at some of the nursing pants and shirts for women, the price seem reasonable. I touch the material and it does feel different from the higher quality one. They said it's wrinkles free and such but you won't know until you try it out yourself. The employees were nice to me when I walked inside, they greeted me and let me shop in piece.
