The only thing was they didn't really have the style of tops that I was looking for. I wear a lot of tops that are kind of flowy, long like tunics, often with a floral pattern. And that's what I was looking to buy but I didn't see any items of this type. I did find a couple of tops in solid colors that were just short sleeved tops so I grabbed them and headed to the fitting room. One of them did look good on me so I decided to purchase it. I got to the cash register and there was only one cashier working who was helping a customer who needed an item shipped to her. They even had to leave the register area to go onto the sales floor and find an item that was to be shipped. So I was there for maybe about 6 or 7 minutes waiting for my item to be rung up and a small line of customers started to build. I would think that a cashier who was in the middle of a transaction that was going to take some time would call for additional help at the register area but I am guessing that they are short on help since these days it seems that everywhere I go there are help wanted signs and pretty much the whole country is shorthanded. So I always try to be patient and appreciate the people who did show up to work. I did see a couple of other people working at the store but one was way in the back of the store and would never be able to see a line forming and the other person looked to be in the middle of something. While I was waiting to be helped I browsed the little bins that they have at the register area that have items for sale such as accessories, beauty items, candy bars, bagged candy and what not. I found a couple of candy bars that I liked and so I grabbed them and I saw a bag of candy corn which I bought for my mother who was outside in the car waiting for me. Finally one of the other people on the sales floor did come over and hop onto a register because the original cashier had completed the transaction that she was involved in and had to leave the register to go to another area of the store. The cashier that I had helping me was pleasant and rang in my items quickly and efficiently. I would definitely come back here and shop. Just hopefully next time they'll have more items in the style that I am looking for. But nice location, polite workers, neat, clean, well organized.

It's located on Route 1, so pretty straight shot if you're coming from MA and there's lots of stores & yummy restaurants nearby. I usually find a lot of goodies whenever I go to the lululemon outlet stores but didn't end up finding anything here the day I visited. Pretty small store & has less inventory compared to other outlet stores... similar size to a smaller pop up store location.

I've always appreciated the idea of the Kittery Outlets, but the actual shopping experience has…read morebecome increasingly inconvenient. One of the biggest frustrations is the layout: instead of being able to stroll from store to store, you constantly have to get in and out of your car and drive from one shopping center to another. It really takes away from the enjoyment of outlet shopping and makes the whole day feel more like running errands than browsing. Another downside is the taxes. Whatever savings you think you're getting from outlet pricing quickly shrink once you see what you're paying in tax. It feels like a big chunk of the "discount" disappears at the register, which defeats the purpose of going to an outlet in the first place. Lastly, the number of vacant stores is hard to ignore. Whole sections look empty, and it gives the area a run-down feel. It also limits your options and makes the trip less worthwhile if the stores you came for simply aren't there anymore. Overall, the Kittery Outlets had potential, but the inconvenient layout, high taxes, and increasing number of vacant storefronts makes the experience far less appealing than it used to be.

This shop is super cute!! They have a lot of stuff to look at & I found that their prices on pretty much of their stuff was very reasonable. I found a cute sign about friend's for $8.00 that I bought for one of my best friend's. Got a cute pair of earrings & a bracelet for real cheap too. I picked up a book for $2.00, I think I've actually seen the movie for it as it sounded familiar. Staff were friendly. My friend picked up this cute dress to wear over her bathing suit during the summer.
