I come here and always find too many things to buy. They are always fully stocked and the staff is always helpful finding you whatever you need and with sizing. This location is my Favorite place to shop at Cross County Mall especially after their upgrade. The staff always greet you at the door. I feel safe shopping here because they have their own personal security guard. They don't allow any shenanigans and today's climate it's a blessing. I want to shop in peace. They have a new fitting room that is super cute and spacious. When entering the room the computer system is aware of all the item you brought with you and will show up on the tablet located in your fitting room. I like that this location because it is pretty close to the parking lot and it is also free to park. This location was pretty empty and it has both Pink and VS. I usually avoid the shops that are at Cross County because of the sheer amount of people that are always there. I'm the type of shopper who likes to get into the store, get what I need and then be on my way. I had to go to this location because I needed a gift card. I am thankful that despite the store being crowded, I was able to get on line, purchase my gift card easily and leave all within a few short minutes. As long as I am able to get in and out of a store with ease, I am a pretty happy customer. read more

I experienced racial profiling today at Victoria's Secret in Cross County Mall. At around 3:45 PM on June 26, 2025, while shopping with my friend, a security guard followed us around the store, assuming we were stealing--even though we clearly had shopping bags and money on us. When we confronted him and asked, "Why are you following us?", his response was simply, "I'm doing my job." But it was clear his "job" only applied to us -- despite there being multiple other customers in the store who were left alone. We later spoke with the store manager, Dana, who apologized for his behavior. While her apology was appreciated, it doesn't change the fact that we were racially profiled. No one should have to shop while being followed, targeted, or made to feel uncomfortable because of the color of their skin. This behavior is unacceptable. Victoria's Secret at Cross County Mall -- do better. read more

in PINK, my daughter and her friend had a wonderful experience they were treated with absolute kindness, respect, and Charlize and the woman at the cash register we're so friendly and kind. My daughter told me how confident they made her feel. I have been to this shop quite a few time and the service has never been great. I mostly like to shop on line because whenever I have come to this location in particular it is difficult to find a salesperson on the floor. I am never looking for a personal shopper at times I have had questions about a particular product or stock but I always have to search for someone. The last time I visited this store the only way that I could get a question answered was to get online. I called again, Nala picked up. She went to check and she didn't return instead a male picked up and said she wouldn't be able to hold them but they they did have them. I went to the store. Have been here a couple of times and I must say its always busy busy busy! So I understand that things are not perfectly placed all the time because there is always soooo many customers in there. This particular visit was great Cindy took the time to help me find what I was looking for she was so sweet and patient. She made sure that I got exactly what I needed and felt comfortable. The cashier was so nice as well! I had to go back and get another item and she held my things for me and told me I didn't have to go back on that LONG line I had to wait on! Yay! Today I had the worst experience at the Victoria Secret at Cross County in NY. Store was running a bra sale. I went straight to the clearance/sale bra section. Since I couldn't find the style of bra I was looking for, I turned around and notice there was another section that had bras for 50% off. I continued to look for a good bra and sale like everyone else was at the moment. As I was looking for a bra, I turn my head, to hear the store manager yell at customers " that child cannot be standing on that, hello commen sense!!! " This store manager was so rude and loud. The " child" belonged to a customer, the manager could've approached that situation so differently and didn't. Seemed very upset and not friendly at all. But at the moment I thought, maybe she was having a bad day. So I continued to look for what I went to the store to get, a great bra for a great sale price! After looking I found the bra that I liked and was so happy! I turned around and notice one of the associates was fixing the bras in the clearance section. I asked " is this bra part of the sale?" The associate responded to me " yes it is, 50%". I was so happy and got online to pay. When I got to the register the cashier rings up the bra at regular price which was over $40.00 original price. I asked the associate if the bra was 50% as indicated and confirmed by the associate. The cashier said "no, it's regular price " I explained that the associate had said to me and confirmed the bra was on sale for 50% off. The cashier again replied " no it is not on sale " . I was so disappointed. I am a VS card holder . I paid for the bra at regular price which totaled over 50.00 dollars. As I'm walking through the store to exit I pass by the rack where I found the bra with 50% sign above. I asked another associate about the price and sale and she confirmed that if it was there then it must've been. That associate calls the store manager over, manager confirms that the bra was not on sale. I explained the issue and that the associate just confirmed it was 50% off and gave me wrong information why not honor the 50% off? Same manager that yelled at the customers with the child which was so rude. Tells me " sorry it's not on sale" and walks away. I am a regular customer and very disappointed at the customer service and bad training these store associates have. I wasted my time looking for what I really wanted and did the right thing asking if that bra was on sale and because an associate gave me the wrong information I have to pay for that? I returned the bra and perfume. I will not be shopping at VS anymore. read more

Let me start by saying that the only reason I stopped by this VS is because I had 2 gift cards, as I am not a fan of VS's "made in China" or "Vietnam" apparel that is too expensive and cheaply made. There were 2 female employees stocking the drawers, both of which saw me looking through the drawers for a specific size and not even a peep from either of them. Neither asked if I needed help finding anything. This store had 0 things in a size Small or 36C. How is that possible? I will say that the ladies at the register were very nice and helpful. The Victoria Secret here, although quaint and smaller than the average stores has a great selection.The manager was helpful the times I approached him. The store seemed a lil busy and limited on CS. I got to the counter had the best experience with Michael, I was all over the place with merchandise that I had just dropped in the store bag..trying to take advantage of the coupons I had, plus the special they were running..things like this can be frustrating..yet, Michael was patient, he examined everything and helped me understand The sales and how the coupons could be applied. He also offered and helped me make last minute decisions on additional last minute purchases. Not once did he hurry me or make me feel like a bother. Smart guy, Exceptional customer svc...and that cannot go unnoticed. I hope VS knows the gem they have. We left with 3 full VS bags. $328 after sale/coupons applied. read more

Went there on Sunday with my sister and last time ima come to this VS, most rude customer service. ALWAYS rude service at this VS location I hate coming here. There had been a sale on underwear etc and my sister wanted to look through a pile and some of them had those little plastic clips on them, so she asks a worker her name was Dana, about if that means they're more expensive and why some have clips while others don't. She gives her a long pause and looks at her with MAD attitude then goes "what're you asking me" uhhhh you should know..... it was a simple question. Don't work in retail if you don't know how to talk to people. Not even just that worker but disgusting attitude literally everytime I come here in general. Come here quite often because it's nearby and I never have any issues. Store is setup like any other Victoria's Secret with just as many variety as any other Victoria's Secret. They always seem to have plenty cashiers so I always get out pretty fast. Don't know what all the bad reviews are here for bc the store seems fine to me. read more

These people do not know how to measure for a proper fitting bra. I went looking for a strapless nude or white bra. The bra was obviously ill fitted but claimed that it was a good fit......yea I don't think so. They're just trying to sell bras, not find a proper fit for you. They put me in a 34C, (they put me in a 36C before) but I went to a real bra store this weekend and they sized me as 32DDD aka 32F! Those bras (wacoal brand) fit way better and are worth the price much more than Victoria's Secret bras. read more

I went to the cross county location today HOPING to find a bra that would fit me in the sale section (it hurts to pay soo much for a bra) lol. I picked up about 15 bras which i thought would of fit me great. I got to the fitting room and put on the first 3 but got discouraged because they we're too small. I asked Alex who was working in the fitting room for help, and she went above and beyond to help me find the right fit. She brought out about 10 other bras in different styles and sizes to see which best suit my shape. She made me feel extremely comfortable and she was super friendly. I ended up leaving with 2 of the bras that she recommended, and even though they weren't on sale i am SUPER happy and satisfied with my purchase and experience and VC today. I went yesterday for the sale. I was looking for a particular bra. The girl didn t know what I was asking for. I was looking for a Demi bra. When I asked to speak to the manager the woman told me it was because I was prejudice against black people. I will never shop at this location again. It was dirty , they do not have enough employees. my fear of going to any victoria secrets is almost gone and now i am able to shop for my buddy who wants to get some sexy undergarments for his girlfriend and for some reason thinks i am an expert on lady's ware , i don't mind the challenge and he does not have the time or cares to visit .located at cross county mall in yonkers on main level it's your usually v.s shop with ladies stuff that ranges from semi pricey to not pricey at all. as soon as i walked in i was attacked by the sales lady but was able to walk around and browse freely . if bras and underwear (i dont like saying panties ) is not what you are looking for then try some nightwear , sporty threads, fragrances , creams , lotions , etc. if you are a bargain hunter they have a bunch of sales items all around . i picked out some nightwear for my buds girlfriend that's a bit conservative but still sexy enough without being slutty looking . no line at cashier area and i am out the door but not without picking up lovespell shower gel first that smells nice enough for a dude to use (yes it's for me ). many ladies and some guys find it easier and maybe a bit cheaper to order on line but if you have the chance to visit in person then i would recommend it if possible . read more
