After skipping over the fact we had a digital receipt we eventually began to answer the questions the staff never bothered to ask. The pants we wanted to return went through a rigorous pre-return "trust me bro" test where the cashier sniffed the pants, denied the smell, and basically told us we didn't know how to properly dry our clothes. After explaining our digital receipt again we were allowed to exchange our single pair of pants for the same cut of jeans minus the smell. Idk why they had to charge us $10 for an exchange of a defective product to the exact same product but I guess they needed to give us one last "F you" and remind us that they don't want us shopping at Levi's. The store is on the second floor near Macy's. I came to this store to return some of the items I bought online. I ordered my kid a 10/12 and they freaked out at how "big" they were. I didn't want to deal with reordering them so decided to return them. I had 5 items to return. The clerk told me a total and it seemed right. I got my receipt "emailed" (spoiler alert it never came!) and since I parked by Macy's I exited the mall. The whole time I could not figure out why the numbers seemed off to me. Once I got home I checked and even though I returned 5 items they only gave me money back for 4. No big deal right? Except they kept the 5th shirt. I had already schlepped down and back to this mall no way was I going again. I went online and filled out a customer service form. Waited the weekend, heard back they will give me my money back. Said it would take 3-5 days. Waited 3-5 days. It never came. Decided I am done with this company and drove down there again to return all the items from my order as I do not want to support a company that steals items and money from people. Second return went fine. I got money for all the items I returned. The store is super crowded (with stuff not people) the 2x I was in there within 1 month there was no more than 2 employees and never any one else shopping. Their clothes are cheap because they are low quality. The leggings and shirts are practically see through. I did keep one shirt sized 10/12 and it shrunk up super small (I washed it on warm permanent press and dried on low heat like I do any other new items purchased and have never had this happen). I will no longer buy from this company and thankfully because of that will not have to drive to this location again. My daughter and I provided some ideas of what we were looking for, and the wonderful sales lady pointed out several dresses to consider. In the end, my daughter was set on one of the first dresses she saw. We purchased everything - the dress, petticoat, shoes, and headband. We were in and out in about 30 minutes. Daughter's face says it all. I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were great dresses at all price points, including some extremely affordable and gorgeous dresses on sale in the back of the shop. In response to some negative reviews - Some of these dresses are very elaborate and delicate. I was clear with my daughter to handle with care and only pick up dresses she was really interested in trying on. Being respectful of the merchandise was the least we could do. All around a great experience and I'm sure we will be back.
